Beware of this store!!!!! Online or in store purchases!!! I've shopped this store for 8 years. The quality is getting worse. Last two purchases the clothing shrank in the first wash at least 2 sizes. They will not refund/exchange clothing that has been washed. These items were never worn, just the first wash before wearing. Customer service is horrible. Very broken English. Cannot understand them. In store the clerks are extremely rude. I hate this knowing this was my favorite store and I wont be returning.

Today I went into children's place and bought my daughter some clothes. A lady came in nagging on the cashier yelling at her for something very unprofessional. The young girl was so quiet and talked quietly to the lady as she yelled at her and went in the back room. Then the lady left. I had children's place cash, when I went to go pay the cashier (Sadie Bevins) wash cashing me out. She told me I have $50 in rewards I could use which I thought was nice of her, I asked her if I could go grab more things and come back when I'm ready she told me that's fine. She was so patient and friendly. Her work needs to be recognized!

Tried to return/ exchange an online order to the store today, only to be told I needed a different receipt. I gave them what came in my package, which had specific instructions to return this paper to the store. Very upset!!

I love to shop for my grand daughter here. I used to shop for my own kids here when they were younger. Great clothing selection, almost always a sale going on. Friendly staff and very helpful without being pushy.

I have shopped there for several years for my niece and nephew....Lawrence has always been a great help in finding just what they will need as I never know what children that age need. The cloths last a long time and I love the adjustable waist bands for super slim!
