“you failed to mention you tried to change it yourself using the wrong tools, so you rounded up the flare nut, making it impossible for the professional mechanic to use the normal tools. thus reverting to two hours of work after quitting time. leave the mechanic work for professional to repair it right.. and dont complain about the price once you mess something up”

“This is a very remarkable garage. I don't go anywhere else for tires, inspections, and/or repairs. I actually live over 40 minutes from them but it's always worth the drive.
Their customer service is the best that I have ever had from a garage in over 35 years of driving. Both the owner himself and each of his employees do all that they can to help you with whatsoever you're there to have done. Irregardless of whether you requested an appointment, have an emergency, or just stop by; you still receive the same quality of service and fair price every time!
The Cooper tires that they sell me, for both my SUV and my sedan, are the best that I've ever purchased for any of my vehicles.

“I'm from out of town, and was on the way home from vacation, when my vehicle broke down on the freeway. I was towed to Moses Cadillac Buick GMC there in Charleston. Jackie and his technicians worked on my vehicle's unique issue. It was electrical and ended up being the ECM, which was on back order. Which meant it could be 2 days to a couple months. But, we found a part and it was shipped overnight. It was successfully programmed and installed and got me up and running.
While all this took about 2 weeks, as I mentioned I live about 160 miles away, Jackie kept me inform of the current situations and the progress the whole time. it was a real pleasure working with Jackie and his guys there at Moses. And as a bonus, Jackie was on duty that Saturday went we picked up our vehicle, it was nice to shake his hand.”

“I dont normally go to the effort of making a review on a place but this place deserves some recognition! We pulled in on Thursday about 3 in the afternoon with 2 horse trailers loaded with horses headed on a camping trip. One of the trailers had had a blow out about 20 minutes outside of Charleston and once we got the spare on knew we were about to have another blow out. It was also about 88° and hot! When we pulled in the guys came right out and helped us. We ended up woth 4 new tires for an amazing price and they installed all 4 tires in under 45 minutes! We were back on the road in no time! They were extremely helpful, had great service, and the hospitality was exceptional!”
“Every part of my experience was great, bar one! The tires, Good Year, are perfect and better than the previous set of General that were on before.
The problem was that the low pressure light remained on. As in times before I had been told , by other companies, that could happen but would reset after a few miles. Needless to say an emergency situation happened which made us drive immediately , that afternoon, to Illinois. When I got there I checked the pressures and found the new tires were displaying 34 but the tires that were rotated to the back were both set at 26, 10 below the designated pressure. My concern was the tires that were rotated had not been checked for pressure. Even though a complete check had supposed to have been done.”
“1st: the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, & very willing to help.
2nd: They don't try to push unnecessary things. They may recommend, which is helpful for future visits, but they don't push it, if it's not absolutely necessary at the time.
3rd: They didn't just SAY I needed something... but actually showed me why.
4th: I love that there is a window to look into the garage. Not that I constantly check up on them... but it showed me that they had nothing to hide. Trustworthy! Put me at ease.”
