This place is just so cool and the humans are really nice. Kate has been cutting my kiddos hair for about 6 - 7 years. Excellent with curly hair!

A classic barber shop with experienced and talented barbers and hairdressers. They've always been super professional and do an outstanding job with my hair. Too many barbers can only do a few hairstyles, Tops Off has always been able to give me the look I wanted.

Took my son to get his hair braided today, Kate L she was amazing, my son said it didn't hurt his head which I was scared of because if they are to tight he wouldn't have left them, lol. It's always been like that. She showed me some products to get to maintain it properly that she uses on her clients hair. She was a very great person, the atmosphere was great. We was greeted coming in and was able to check in with him while in the chair. She stayed over to finish up with him. I loved his hair when he got done. He was very happy with his hair. In the future if we need anything like this done we will go back requesting Kate L. So thank you Kate and thank you Tops Off for the great experience for my son and I.

I made arrangements for my child to get his haircut on his birthday today via Scott. I had to work so I had my husband take him and my infant son to the appointment. My husband brought our son to the establishment today & they were awful and rude to them. They ignored him, tried to say that he was lying about booking an appointment and said they would “consider” cutting him today AFTER all the other walk ins and just talked horribly to him and the female tried to embarrass him in front of everyone. It’s unacceptable, we will not be recommending or attending this establishment. Not supporting this business in any way.

Dropped by as a walk-in for the first time. Asked for a medium fade, usually a 20 minute haircut anywhere I go, ended up spending almost an hour in the chair with a barber who didn't seem to know what he was doing. Had to correct him multiple times on what he was giving me vs what I was requesting. I'm all about giving people the benefit of the doubt but a fade is about as basic of a haircut you can request at a barbershop and out of 10, I would give it a 3. I spent $25, still gave a $5 tip out of principle. Hope they do better next time. The other 3 barbers in there went thru multiple customers by the time I was done with my cut. I left without getting the fade fixed because I had already spent almost an hour there and went to a new job with a messed up haircut. Luckily I was allowed to wear a hat because I would've been embarrassed if I couldn't.
Hope they do better next time. Loved the environment and is a great atmosphere. Great people. Would've been a great experience if I got what I requested and paid for. Needlessly to say, I won't be coming here again but wish them all the best. Would not recommend unless they ensured this wouldn't happen again.

Took grandson there for 1st haircut and it is literally butchered long pieces, bangs are so uneven I just want to cry.

No I didn't have an appointment. But nobody was there. Told it will be one minute. Guy walked out never came back. Perhaps I'm not the kind of people they service. Tattooed look at me types, no I'm normal. Certainly won't be back!
