I felt very uncomfortable looking around. It seemed like they thought I was stealing or something. I was also with my two small children who kept grabbing things but I would put them back. I just left and didn't get anything. Really disappointing.

You can find everything you need for beauty here! It’s a huge and super complete store. You’ll definitely find what you were looking for—and even more options! There’s a salon inside the store, tons of hair products, and a great variety of styling tools. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I spent about two hours exploring and enjoying every corner. I loved it!

I made a spur of the moment decision to get a haircut for a family event. Alexa did a great job, I've gotten so many compliments on it. She listened, asked questions and it came out great.

Experience was awful. I booked my haircut appointment for 3:30 on November 15, came in 15 minutes early only to be told to WAIT FOR AN HOUR and offered me water. No apologies or explanation. But what clearly happened is they took someone in before me. You’d think they would call the person who has a reservation first to confirm if they’re coming before they take someone in but they didn’t. Very unprofessional on their part and such a shame they bring to the company name Ulta. What’s the point of making the appointment if you’re not gonna commit to it. Isn’t that what appointments are for? It’s so incompetent of them. Imagine if I was a mom who had to pay for a babysitter so I can come to my appointment just to be told to wait another hour? But I am a mom and luckily I didn’t have to pay for a babysitter and drive 45 mins away just to set and wait for another hour when I’m 15 minutes away from my actual appointment. DO BETTER ULTA IN SOUTH RIDGE CHARLESTON. 2/10

Love the store but not enough employees to help everyone..I waited and waited for help in the perfume isle and he was busy with others and no one to help him..So I left and ordered online.
