I generally have no issues at this store. However, after my experience with the most unkind, unwilling to help younger female employee yesterday I will be avoiding this store for the foreseeable future... sounds like the new norm from other recent reviews.

Extremely unprofessional staff that took things personally whenever a question was raised. Staff escalated a very simple situation into something that had everyone in the store pause and stare including other employees. Maybe he raised his voice because he had an AirPod in? Who knows, but I sure can make my own assumptions based on the person wearing the Yu-Gi-Oh Blue Eyes shirt. Just a Kabia wannabe who tarnished my impression of your business.
Not to mention everyone knows Dark Magician is superior and that the Pokemon TCG is the superior TCG.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never gone to a UPS Store in any state I’ve lived in and been treated with such disrespect for no reason whatsoever. I’m from the South and take being polite very seriously, but one of the employees in particular leads with rudeness. If the blonde college-aged man is working? You’re good. He’s kind and efficient.
But if you see the gray-haired woman with bangs and glasses? I swear she looks to misunderstand you and will make you feel like an idiot because of whatever is going on with her.
I get that we are living in tough times and people are stressed…but I can assure you that being rude to kind customers will not alleviate your stress or whatever difficulties you are facing in life.
If you are able to make the trip, go to the one in South Charleston close to the bridge connecting to Dunbar…I went there once and they were kind and fast!

The Kanawha City location is top tier. They are quick, efficient, and helpful. Even when there is a line or it begins to become really busy - they still are able to handle it in a timely manner. They are excellent. From shipping service to office needs - they do it alll and are happy to help. My three favorites are Brooke, Jeremy, and Ms. Debbie. They always look out for me and try to make things as smooth as possible for me(and all customers) always!! That’s why this is my favorite location and I’m happy to be a loyal customer!

Lost package: Tracking shows package remains in pre shipment status after 1 week. Unable to reach associate in store by phone and email. Attempted to call several times during business hours. Terrible customer care!
