Amazon items delivered yesterday, left on the deck, in the rain, vs 3 feet away is a covered porch. Items in containers were children's toothbrushes completely wet, an abdominal wrap for post c section, abdominal pillow & electronic mattress pad to prevent bedsore/discomfort totally wet...why is this ok???There is no direct # to call this actual post office. We're putting an additional home camera up & will put videos on YouTube, Facebook...Folks, social media is the only thing that fixes things like this...this is about our 10th issue with this post office. It's nothing they buy, so they don't care.

Ordered something off eBay shipped from Tennessee . Made it to Charleston then ends up in New Jersey? I've had sellers refund my money over this. We all make mistakes but this is ridiculous. From now on I will have it shipped UPS or FedEx.

I never had a post office send stuff farther away get it back then send directly to me afterwards then they hold mail for days. Is it not enough workers or just inexperienced workers?

Friendly postmaster and helpful with sending out packages. She saved me a few dollars from what I was expecting to pay in shipping.

The delivery driver is lazy. Would not get out of his seat to put packages at the front door. Every time, same driver. Filed a formal compliant, but it is what it is. Nothing will change. Too bad we don't have other options. The usps would be over.

The worste postal service in history. No wonder it's becoming obsolete. The drivers are too lazy to walk product to your front door when clearly the don't fit in the mail box. Spoke to the manager. He stuck up for driver. Said they are not required to leave the driver seat. So just go to the post office and pick it up yourself. Why do we even have the postal service.

I never have a negative experience at this location. Sometimes it may seem slow, but that's most usually because a customer is unprepared and/or needs more assistance than most. Can't blame the clerks for that. Even with the worst they always seem to be very accommodating and without a bad attitude. Plus they have the self scanner which is super convenient.

Rudest people, slowest service, and just always a real bad experience. How a post office could be this hateful and miserable is actually a real achievement.

Don’t bother trying to get your passport done here. I have made 2 separate appointments and waited over an hour at both of them only to leave with absolutely nothing. The first time I got to the office and waited in a long line just to be told the passport person had gone home sick, which I was not informed of prior to leaving my home. The second time I sat for an hour and a half and was told that she had been sent to another office, EVEN THOUGH I had made an appointment online. What is the point of making an appointment if they can’t be bothered to be there for them!? Two other people came for their appointments as well and left empty handed. This is ridiculous, I will not be making a third appointment with this office. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Expect a delay half of the time if your package gets routed through this location.

The guy delivering my mail routinely blocks my front door with packages so we can't open the door. This is a big fire hazard. He also has the worst attitude and often throws the boxes from the steps. Bro, if you hate your job that much, quit.

Pickup for street deliveries is in a completely separate location from the main building. There is no signage explaining this as you walk in, which caused me and three other customers to wait in line today for over 30 minutes before being told I was in the wrong place. This seems like a very simple concept to have a sign on the front door explaining pickup is in a different location. What is even more frustrating is that I had to pick up a package because “customer requested pickup” when I never did.
They are very understaffed and very slow servicing customers. I try to avoid coming here as much as I can. It is incompetence at its finest.
