Wish I could give them no stars disrespectful not sure they even no what there doing they don’t call back they lie and when they do call
Back they repeat themselves about fixing the problem that they told me is already fixed if find somewhere else to get any shoe lifts done they won’t even side out of to be fixed and it’s been almost 2 Months.

I had brought in a prescription from my doctor a month ago for a brace . I was told by the staff member that it should be in within a week . So I came back the next week and they said that someone had sent it back .!! So , the staff said she would order it again . But now it's been a month and still no brace. ( If they had a zero point, I would have given them that ) Valley Wellness needs to do better .

I showed up at 10:25 on a Saturday and they were still not open. Store hours online as well as on the door show they're open 9-2. Waisted trip, obviously terrible customer service. Will not make this mistake again. Call before you bother showing up. Apparently they just show up when they feel like.

Absolutely do not rent from this business. Their "automatic monthly payments" are subject to whether or not they remember to charge your card that month and if you don't catch it they hit you with a huge bill when you return your equipment.

This place get zero stars . My mothers PCP sent changes over for her meds and then she has to wait almost 2 refill cycles as she uses pill pack, every month they forget to send her insulin, we are still waitingfor October. Last month she got her meds filled and instead of calling and saying that they forgot a med they sent in the mail. thankfully I am my mother caregiver and could assist her with seeing the meds with the bottle as the bottle she can not open nor does she have good sight. Now this new set of pill pack that were delivered are not correct and they forgot to added the new med and chagnes to the pill packs. This place is horrible They do not help seniors at all. I want to know where is pharmicist got her license. I am ready to report them to the state and I can't change my moms pharmacy now because they have already filled her pill pack for November, not to mention they are not dated correctly.

Wonderful experience with this pharmacy. Just discovered it today. My husband needed a walker and they were so helpful in letting him choose the one he wanted. Very friendly and helpful. Need to advertise more so people will know they carry so many different items. Will absolutely use them again.

If I can give this a zero star.Hands down appsolutely the worst service I have been through with a pharmacy.The medical supply department is ran from IndiaI have always been told not to give my red white and blue number from my insurance card to anyone over the phone, and when I refused to give my number out over the phone to a call center that was ran from India... I was told by the pharmacy then I can take my business elsewhere, so that's exactly what I did and I went with choice medicalMy medical supplies got processed immediately without having to give my insurance card numbers over the phone because they already knew that information.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get a medical supply order filled for 6 months, and have only received one-month’s supply. I hung in there with them because I wanted to give a locally-owned small pharmacy a chance, but will never use them again. The amount of time and number of phone calls to get my order placed, corrected and filled has been ridiculous — and I found out today that I’m back to square one as they don’t have my order in their system—despite months of trying to get this straightened out. Will never use them again.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. I've been trying to get a medical supply prescription filled for 6 months -- have only received 1 monthly order. Despite numerous calls and time spent on this over 6 months, I've found out today that the order isn't in their system yet AGAIN. I hung in there with them because I wanted to give a small locally-owned pharmacy a chance, but I'm done. Will never use them again.

Horrible. My PCP faxed an order to them. The pharmacy called me to tell me they received the order and that I needed to come in with my insurance info and to get fitted. I was told to not wait toward closing as it was first come first served.I drive an hour to get there to hear them say that they don't have an order for me.The only reason I was there was because they called me to tell me they had my order and to come in!The courteous thing to do would have been to admit they lost the order, apologized and then contact my PCP to get the order resent.

This is the worst place to ever try and get something from. I was told several times items were ordered only to find out that they never were. Two separate times I have tried to get items that must be gotten through a medical supplies pharmacy and both times it has been the same dreadful experience of runaround and straight up lies. Awful customer service. Once I get my items this time I will NEVER go back!!

Suggested by PCP and they were very kind and helpful. There was a miscommunication on all parties involved, but Kim resolved easily and professionally. Will continue to utilize their services instead of CVS.
