It was so nice to finally find a storage unit facility that has a staffed office. Kim was so helpful and went above and beyond! The facility was clean and easy to navigate. Kim was knowledgeable and very helpful when I needed to change units. She quickly attended to everything I needed and managed my preferences easily. A+

This place is a nightmare and so is the the staff at this location (Dunbar) NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, AND THE MACHINE THAT PICKS UP , HANGS UP AUTOMATICALLY!! MY Unit was robbed and they won't give me name of security agency that takes videos b/c I believe the staff themselves stole my belongings , over 500.$ worth of new furniture, my coats, my box of kitchen pots n pans, ect. DONT EVER RENT HERE !!!!!!!

This place has alot of breakins. I lost priceless items in this storage unit. The only cam the works is the one by the office. Corporate is heartless knew my unit had been broken into & still charged me rent. I hate them

Used this place for years but is starting to deteriorate. Mice about ruined my things and if i was late they were always making threats even after i had kept two unit for almost 4 years or so
