Expensive, $22 for a Subaru full of stuff. (This includes the $10 *required* vest to dump small things, btw a hard hat is also required, for heavier things).
Because it's a business, it went smoothly, but yes, expensive.

Unreliable delivery of items (dumpster in my case). Unable to reach local office and had to drive in person to speak to a local person. Waited over a half an hour to speak to General Manager who couldn’t get any answers for me.

we as a community have not had trash service for two weeks. when I call get no where. the automated phone person hung up , so I called back was put on hold and No one answered the call and it ended up getting hung up on. so I tried again today and the same thing. oh but be late on payment and they cut your service off. poor customer service. and poor service

It’s becoming a trend for the trash not to be picked up on the scheduled day. I have tried calling you and I just get that automated message that doesn’t listen to what I’m saying; therefore I still don’t have an answer to why the trash wasn’t picked up and when it will be!

Every holiday week they skip our road. It does not matter what day of the week the holiday is on. They skip us on non holiday weeks also. What a joke!

Trash was left for 3 weeks at our location. Our trash containers were full of flies and maggots. Unacceptable.

WM is a terrible company. They don’t provide proper services. Refused to provide trash pick up for us and we can’t get another service in our area.

Never pick up on the day they are supposed to pick up, which leads to litter everywhere in the community, once animals get into the trash. Worst company to deal with.

Dropped off an old hot tub at the landfill. Just a heads up - If you drop off at the landfill you are required to wear a hardhat and high visibility vest, which they will sell you for $20 when you weigh in. Also they ask that you have a tarp over your load. I didn't see that on their website, but could have missed it, as it would have been nice to know this prior to arrival. The girl at the weigh station was very nice and helpful.
