It offers a stress-free environment with a powerful positive energy, described as the best cardio party around. The dark room has no mirrors and features talented instructors who do the workout with you. The experience is really fun and a blast, even for first-timers, with classes that kick your backside. The amazing, lovely, and welcoming staff foster an everyone-is-welcome mentality. It is a place to escape daily responsibilities, show up for yourself, and be held up by likeminded people. Many find it an awesome experience and highly recommend it.

I travel for work and was looking for a decent local gym in Charleston. I saw Zenergy and decided to give it a try. What an awesome experience all around. Meg was amazing. I will definitely be back!

The powerful positive energy of the instructor was wonderful. The class kicked my backside but it was REALLY FUN nonetheless. It was my first time spinning and it's way different than road cycling but again it was a blast. Highly recommend!
