Hancock County Savings Bank is helpful. Customers have been with the bank for 26 years. They do not have to wait for staff. Customers get better rates than PNC. They do not feel sold. Loan department has positive experiences when selling and buying a home. Accounts can be transferred easily. The bank gives back to community. Staff are awesome, straight to the point, making customers feel better about their situation.

Best service. They helped me with everything I needed when trying to navigate assisting my elderly grandmother with her finances. They did everything they could and made it so simple
