We visited the AT&T store on Emily drive in Clarksburg & we were greeted immediately by a woman named Lynette I believe. Anyway she was extremely pleasant & helpful & made our experience there so much more pleasant!! Thank u Lynette!!!

I can only speak on my experience with Mike Harbert, who is an absolute swindler. Understand that AT&T offers some of the worst cell coverage in the area, you will even lose internet access while on I-79. Mike promised the fastest speeds and highest coverage in the area and a bill over 50% lower than what I was actually charged. Don’t get stuck with an awful provider, use t-mobile for better coverage and speeds.

I visited this store two separate times today and was greeted by very cold and unfriendly associates. One was a worker and one was a manager. Both were very rude and seemed to not appreciate my business or loyalty. I would not recommend either of them to anyone. The workers at meadowbrook mall in Bridgeport are much nicer to deal with.

Mike at AT&T on Emily drive took care of everything immediately. He was friendly and very welcoming and resolved our issue perfectly! I will always deal with Mike and recommend him to everyone!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The website told me I had to go to the store for help. The person at the store literally told me “I don’t know how to do this” and instead of helping me she just talked to the other employee about their plans after work. Wish Google would let me leave 0 stars. I took time off of work to come here and deal with this and I was basically told to my face to pound sand because the woman working here doesn’t know how to do her job.I went to the store at Meadowbrook mall and the person there took care of me in less than 30 minutes and was extremely pleasant and helpful. You need to train your employees and have someone on staff to make sure they’re doing their job.
