The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The website told me I had to go to the store for help. The person at the store literally told me “I don’t know how to do this” and instead of helping me she just talked to the other employee about their plans after work. Wish Google would let me leave 0 stars. I took time off of work to come here and deal with this and I was basically told to my face to pound sand because the woman working here doesn’t know how to do her job.I went to the store at Meadowbrook mall and the person there took care of me in less than 30 minutes and was extremely pleasant and helpful. You need to train your employees and have someone on staff to make sure they’re doing their job.

If I could give less than one star I would. We came to this store from Fairmont because we have had hit-and-miss service experiences there. We were not even allowed past the gatekeeper at the Emily Drive store. We were having minor issues with a new google watch that I had purchased for my father for Christmas. While I was in the middle of explaining the issue this so-called employee cut me off and said we do not help with those kind of off the wall issues in the retail store (when he had not even listened to the whole problem because he interrupted me). It was clear to me and my father that this store and it's employees only care about making sales and not customer service. They cannot make commission off customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Unkind salesmen/women. One was very unkind... got another (MIKE) everything went good at first...then turned very pushy and uptight and treated us and other customers like we didnt know anything. then didn't want to wait 50 minutes for our files to transfer to our new phone. He clicked skip apps and such to speed up the process without us acknowledging then told us after we lost valuable notes, apps, and more that he skipped the process...and of coarse the salesman made commision off of the most expensive phone in the store we bought...1 star for this at&t store would not recommend

Mike was not professional at all. While my husband and I understand sales and how they work (as we work in sales ourselves) Mike kept adding things onto our bill that we were not told about and did not ask for. When we asked for the break down and told him we did not want the protection plan he says word by word “well they’re $1000 phones it’s common sense you would want the protection plan”. Then kept fighting us when we told him to take the protection plan off. It takes a lot to get myself upset but he also kept talking to me (a women) like I was stupid and didn’t understand when I denied the DirectTV he was trying to push on us. If you do go in and get Mike we recommend requesting someone else as this gentleman will add anything to your bill that he finds. And then will ARGUE with you when you tell him to take it off.

My wife and I went to this location, and were greeted by a salesman by the name Mike. He is a pompous, sexist human. He talked to my wife like she was a child who did not understand anything, he added items to our account without telling us, or even asking if we wanted it, and then when we asked him to take the add on off, he argued and belittled us saying that it was “common sense” to add them on so he just did it. Then he never once apologized for any of it. We told him to have a not so lovely day and left. We will not be back to this location as long as he is there. Probably better luck just doing it yourself on the att website.

I went in needing a new phone, but was a little worried because my old phones 128 GB memory was full and figured it would take along time, the very nice lady helping us chatted with us as she helped us making the time fly by. Highly recommend this place. Fast friendly service!

I was told by 2 AT&T employees that my watch and phone could not pair together because it's prepaid. Well Preston employee at Emily Drive AT&T did pair it just like he said he would. I love it would someone knows how to do their job and do it correctly with a smile on their face and showing that they were happy to help you great job Preston. Maybe now you could train the others. YOU GO BOY.. ?

I bought a lifetime screen protector with my phone. Had it replaced once for free. When I returned to get it changed this time was told they didn’t have a lifetime had to pay $8 fee to replace it. They need to get their stuff straight. I will not renew my contract with a company that lies to sell a product
