For $35 the service is very helpful for a senior citizen.However their phones only have about a year maybe two life span.I have had 2 just randomly shut down in the past 2 yrs.Although the workers are very helpful.No one has been able to tell me why the phones shut down.

The Boost salesman in the Clarksburg store,who's name is Frank,was very helpful,very friendly,and officiant. Out of the 2 stores my husband I have gone to we recommend the one in Clarksburg over buchannon,it's worth the drive.

The employees are always pretty helpful and they're are especially excellent for simple conversation! I give them a 4* only because I know they could be even better than they are and I know this because of the young guy a couple years ago who ran that place all by himself everyday! He was always juggling 10 things at one time and running all over the place and he was always willing to take care of any customer and their requests!

I love this boost store. By fat the friendliest staff ever. There patients is outstanding and very time efficient. My main guy for anyone who has dealt with boost knows he knows what he is doing wanna thank him for saving me 100s of dollars on my phone bill.
