Needed emergency tire repair tire couldn't be repaired had a replacement an back on the road under 90. Not bad considering I had no appointment an they got a bunch of people right after I got there

I went to have new tires put on and was told “your lug nuts are swollen.We would have to break off several of them and I’d have to replace around 20 of them. The socket wouldn’t fit.” I recently have had all of my tires off to replace brakes and a gas tank issue so I’m unsure where the problem lies for them. Very poor service, or lack of.
