You can never speak to anyone. Our bill is always incorrect. You have to go through so many hoops to get help. Ridiculous service.

Tried to report that one of their utility poles was broken and leaning over the roadway but just got the run-a-round. Very poor service with very high disregard for public safety! A negative ⭐ rating should be available for this company.

I would not use this company. I signed up two weeks ago and tried to shut down service the day after I signed up and they put in the equipment because I wanted to put the service on hold for a vacay, but unable to reach anyone to hold service. I wish it were possible to to leave a negative 10!
