I'd leave less than a star if I could. It's 1135am, the store isn't open yet when it's says they open at 10am. The associate even answered the phone saying they'd be open in a few minutes but still nothing.......unreal!!

Update 9-9-23General manager is an absolute trashcan, and had his entire staff walk out on him. The guy is a joke, and after hearing what kind of person he is, this gamestop is no longer a stop of mine.Big change and the management is amazing. 2 star to 5 star for me!People not only went out of their way to help, but went of their way to both hear what I had to say. 07/22/2016 6:00 pmUpdate 2017. Bought a controller used and although the manager says it's not defective, on screen it shows bad pull on the left stick.I just wanted an even swap to a used controller with no pull. If you have go to GameStop around this area, go to the mall where they actually know how to take care of people.Im done with this place and will never go back. I paid 50 dollars for the controller used to have an extra, and when I finally got to use it, it doesn't work properly. This GameStop is the old GameStop mentality of money first and Customer service doesn't exist. Meadowbrook mall has a customers first mentality, and will help everyone they can.

I went to this gamestop about two weeks ago and i asked the store manager ( who runs both the bridgeport and clarksburg locations btw ) if the ps5 was a certain price and he scoffed at me and slammed the door in my face because it was his lunch break. Everyone please don't go to these gamestops anymore, there are other sources of which you can get gaming products!

If I could give a zero I would. I was told by corporate that they could put all preorders on a gift card to GameStop as I have moved and all preorders are out but due to my mother passing away and me having to move I no longer live in this state and getting them to transfer when they don’t answer there phones is a problem. All I can say don’t preorder things that don’t have release dates then life can change its plans and they won’t send them to you.Rebecca even sold a preorder that was on hold for me knowing I was flying in.. don’t buy from this store..they are extremely rude..

If I could I would give it a zero star. 3 people working and I was the only one in the store. None of them said hi or asked if I needed help. Also for having 3 employees working at one time the store was very unorganized.

Very helpful, associates know their stuff, and quick responses. Great at informing rewards members of their benefits and eligibilities! Nice clean layout of the store, easy to shop here. Awesome customer service and will also call other stores to find specific products/ best deals available.
