I ordered a very large and heavy bed from Wayfair on 2/24. Item was shipped and sent to this warehouse on 3/8. These people have had my bed since then and only just yesterday were my bed rails delivered. Mind you, that’s almost a month. The kicker with these people is that they stated they delivered my whole bed and only the rails were delivered! Called them for the 10th time just this morning and was told yet again that they don’t have the other two boxes when I know they are there. That warehouse is apparently a mess. The paperwork left in my house said all 3 boxes came and they did not. I am reporting to the BBB. They say they will call you back but do not, and in no way, shape, or form, should I have to go pick up my own items but I guess it’s going to come to that. This company has zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero knowledge. I am beyond aggravated and upset.

Called 3 times over the span of a week trying to have a mattress delivered. They had a different story every time. Cancelled the order and ordered from another vendor, who uses a different delivery company. No problems at all.

Absolutely the worst delivery service on the planet. Nothing but incompetence and lies from anyone you speak to about a delivery; would not recommend under any circumstance

Is it possible to leave 0 stars? This place had HORRIBLE customer service. We waited over three months for our couch to be delivered after we was told that it would be delivered to our house in two weeks. Anytime we called the company we could never get ahold of anyone about our order and we started to think that we had been scammed. We finally got ahold of the manager of the warehouse in WV and he said they would be delivered on a specific day and so we prepared and they never showed which is fine but they never called to tell us they wouldn't be out that day.They also told us we could pick our date of delivery but then we was not able to. We ended up having to take time off to drive to the warehouse and pick up our couch ourselves. When we arrived we asked about the battery packs that we also bought and was an add on for our order since our couches are electric. We asked if they were inside with the couches or was in a separate box (since they were bought through the same company but was supposed to be delivered with the couches) they just shrugged and said they didn't know. When we arrived the people were very unprofessional. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. I'll never use this service again and I urge everyone else not to. So to save yourself time, stress, and money I would recommend to use another service.

Set up a delivery date for the 18th my wife waited all day and they never showed up. Now I been calling them for about two weeks and keep getting told I will get called back and never do

I never write reviews, but this company is so bad that I feel like it is my duty to warn others. My furniture delivery was scheduled with Hackbarth. Of course, they never showed up on the scheduled date and time. After that, they rescheduled my delivery 7 times over a 3 week period and never showed up. Finally, I told them I would pick up my furniture. The office administrator told me that was fine and went to locate my furniture in their warehouse. She reached back out to tell me she couldn’t locate my furniture and that the delivery driver said they delivered it already! It was never delivered to my house. She said they must have delivered it to the wrong house and someone else is enjoying my furniture. At this point, I was completely devastated. I told this company after the first missed delivery that I read the negative reviews about them and that I was really worried I wouldn’t get my furniture. All my fears came true. I reached out to the company I ordered the furniture from as I had done multiple times in the previous weeks and explained the situation. They had no record that the furniture was delivered. They refunded part of my money and are resending my order. They have a case open with Hackbarth who have not responded to any of their inquires. I suspect one of the delivery guys stole my furniture. This company is an absolute disaster and needs to be shut down!

A table was delivered to my house that we did not order. It was a solid marble table weighing 185 kg. They left it in the rain against my garage door. I was unable to open my garage and was not able to physically movie it.I tracked down the service company through Wayfair. They were able to find the drivers to pick it up. When questioned why they left something so heavy against the garage without notifying the buyer, they said it was protocol. No apologies, no accountability.I hope that in the future they develop secure protocols for delivery of heavy items which include contacting the buyer to assure correctness of delivery and the buyer’s presence upon delivery.

I ordered furniture from Big Lots in Charleston WV. They use Ryder, who then hired Hackbarth. This company has been saying they would deliver my couches for almost 2 months. The first time they came with my couches, they said they would not deliver them into my home. Not because of covid or any other reason, they just decided that they didnt feel like it. I paid 300 dollars to have these couches delivered into my house. They then drove away stating they would "reschedule." The second time they randomly showed up they decided to park and then drive away. When I called the number back they had blocked me. Mind you that they always call 5-10 minutes right before arriving, which for most people would mean you would not be home. This company does not intend to deliver anything. They aren't going to deliver anything. They should not be in business.

Called me 45 minutes beforehand on the targeted delivery date and showed up right on time. Both guys were friendly and did a great job getting my washer and dryer down a narrow set of stairs in an older house. Hate to see other folks have had trouble with this service but everything went smoothly for me.

This company was subcontracted to deliver a mattress and box springs from JCPenney. Numerous calls were made to them for delivery. They held the order for at least a week, hoping for another order/delivery within our area. Afterwards, they were a no call, no show on three separate promised delivery dates. Very unreliable!! Cancelled the order!!

Have had a package from way fair for over a month. Corporate office says they can't find the order but local warehouse has laid hands on it but still has not shipped it to me. It literally needs to go less than 2 miles to my house but they will not ship it and will not let me come pick it up. This is a terrible service and you should only use them if you're looking not just for disappointment, but also a way to enduce rage so fierce you pop a hemorrhoid.

I wanted to post a review because there are so many bad ones that I was concerned before my delivery. I'm in WV. I had a great delivery experience with these guys. They contacted me ahead of time and showed up as scheduled. They were very professional and brought all the pieces of a large sectional into the house and helped to unpack it. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
