My truck had a pretty serious problem and the service department, especially Andrea, were extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. My questions were all answered and the truck was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I’m a loyal customer and will continue to buy vehicles from Harry Greens. Thanks very much Andrea!

Dealership had vehicle for a monday appointment and couldn't even tell what was wrong with it after a week except that "it sounds like you need a new engine do you want us to price one for you?". Funny since it ran fine and I drove it there. Then they Quoted me over $500 to just diagnose the problem, even though I explained what the problem was. Service advisor didn't return calls and rarely texted. I finally told them that I'd only give permission for what I diagnosed myself and that has repaired the issue. Cost me over $1000 after parts and labor for something I diagnosed myself. I won't be back to your dealership anytime soon.

Harry Green Chevrolet Nissan have been my go to dealership for more than 20 years. Equally Denzil Carpenter is by all means my go to sales person. I am sure many others are equally good, but I have no reason to find out. See Denzil Carpenter he treats you as you expect to be treated, with respect and understanding when making a major decision. Our first Nissan Pathfinder!

Harry Green Nissan has been awesome to work with. Denzil and Rob are genuine and honest. They treat us like family and are truly there to help us. We have made three brand new Nissan purchases in the last 3 years and couldn’t be happier. I have recommended them to family, friends, and co-workers; they’re that great. From sales to service our experience at Harry Green has been great. Denzil Carpenter is our go to when we are looking for a vehicle. Not only did he find the perfect truck for us, our son was recently looking to buy a new truck; Denzil did not disappoint, he was able to get him into a new truck that he loves. We never feel pressured or rushed and Denzil always listens to what we are needing. Andrea has always been helpful when we have any service done. We had an issue with the leather on our seat, Andrea got right on it, and was able to quickly get the ok to fix the seat. Knowing she is there to help with any issue we may have, makes owning a vehicle much easier. From regular maintenance to recalls, she always makes our service experience go smoothly.

If you are in the market for a new Nissan head on over and see Denzil Carpenter he made the process of buying a car easy, I loved the fact that there was no pressure and he listened to my questions and he was very easy to talk to!! Denzil went above and beyond it took me three trips to make up my mind between three cars and he was so patient and made sure I was completely at ease and comfortable with my decision. He didn’t rush me, answered any questions I had, pulled the cars beside each other to compare them, and just overall went above and beyond.

I’m not going to lie, Keegan for the online sales was wonderful , he had been working with me for a while to find a truck, but when I first went there to look at the truck I told the salesman that came out to greet me, that the only way I would even look at the vehicle local was if they promised they would send the car I was trading off away and not sell it locally, The car was very sentimental to me and I didn’t know if I could see someone else driving it around town. They promised me they would and then when I decided I wanted the truck I asked them again and they promised me again as well because I had other trucks out of state I was looking at but I like to deal with out local people if I could.. and they again promised me they would send it away. The next day my car was on their site saying coming soon, what happened to integrity, and truth, I trusted them and explained the situation with the car and it ment nothing I was just a sale.

Typical garage. Misdiagnosis led to two trips of $300 each and the problem still exists on my car. Then a wasted trip because they forgot to order my part. Staff really nice but not very smart

We waited 2 weeks for a job that was supposed to take 5 days. We had to call for updates and experienced a LOT of poor customer service- messages sent to the parts manager to call us about the missing parts, were never followed-up on by the manager. We were never offered a loaner car despite telling them at the time of drop off that we are a ONE CAR HOUSEHOLD. We told them we had to leave town on 9/7, never heard anything. We showed up to check on our car 9/6 after dropping our dog off at a friend's house. It was 5 or 5:30, when we walked-in Andrea had our file in our hand and appeared to be getting ready to file it (no one called us to tell us our vehicle was finished). She saw us and smiled and said it was just finished. The fact that there are so many Turbocharge problems (5 when we were getting ours replaced) should be an indication to GM that something mechanical isn't right, cars shouldn't need the same part replaced so much. We have told ALL of our friends and family to avoid Harry Green at all costs. Buying the car a year and half ago left a bad taste in our mouth, this service just reinforced our opinion. Never again.
