The details of my service with Harry Green has absolutely sucked. The worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. My car had a flat tire and roadside assistance picked it up on a Tuesday. Wednesday was told the total of the repairs but I informed them I had a warranty and it was covered. I have the text messages where my car would be done on Wednesday . But just so happens when they know that yes my warranty covered it all the sudden there’s no tire . Which brings me to Friday and still no tire. I’m not an idiot all u have to do is drive across town to pick it up but since Harry Green is eating the cost their in no hurry to fix a flat tire that should’ve taken one day to fix not three. Thank god I live local cause I would hate to have to be stuck dealing with Harry Green if I was out of town needing a tire ASAPAnd an update I got my car after I was greeted with the supervisor Pat asking me if I wanna fight . If I needed to bring boxing gloves to fight for my tire I would’ve and I would’ve tried like hell to win !!!!Services: Tires

Took truck in for first oil change, tire rotation and wash. Service staff was friendly and we were all finished in 50 minutes.First time at this dealer. Hope every visit goes this well.Service: Auto maintenance

I’ve used them two times since I’ve had my truck. I have an extended bumper to bumper warranty.The first time I had a wheel bearing go bad right before a hunting trip to Kansas. I explained the situation and they worked to get me in fast which really meant a lot since it was December 23. They fixed the truck in a few hours and I was set to go on my trip.I live about an hour away from their shop. Another time I had a starter going bad. They worked with me to schedule a time and make sure that they had the part in stock before I drove up to make sure I didn’t get stuck overnight without a vehicle.For the service alone, I will get my next truck from Harry Greene!

Have bought $180,000 in Chevrolet vehicles this year, been trying to get warranty items taken care of for 3 days now. Been told a total of 6 times now from the service department that management would be in contact within 20 minutes every time I spoke to them, going on 3 days and not one call back nor will take my call, place is a joke!

They are extremely rude and inconsiderate of the customers, I have an electric car I got there and they will not honor the recalls. Do not buy from them you’ll regret it.

They have ridiculous sells! I ordered my Chevy and waited over a yr and when I spoke with a new person in sells bc the previous person was gone he told me they would help work a deal! We went in and they wouldn't work with us at all! And on top of it the sells guy Ethan legget was rude as hell! I would never recommend going to any Chevy dealership bc none of them work with u!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were traveling and had engine problems. We drove in there and they quickly diagnosed the problem and had our vehicle up on the lift within a few hours. This was not a small job but they got it done as soon as possible and all the employees that we had contact with went above and beyond in helping us out so that it was a very small inconvenience to us. They have top notch employees who are courteous and friendly.

They took fantastic care of my vehicle and completed all the services I was scheduled for. I appreciated them calling me in regards to a filter replacement that I had not initially asked for, showed me the current filter and asked if I wanted it changed. They did not charge me without my permission.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Once again terrible sales experience at Harry Greens. Test drove used 2012 Honda Ridgeline. Waited to hear back from Salesman. Called then he tells me it's on hold from online sales.. Would get back to me, never did. So I went out of state (once again) bought a nicer 2010 with 30,000 less miles and less money. Also before all of this I was looking at 2019 Chevy Bolt on the lot.. They wouldn't work with me and my trade. Went out of state to VA traded my car on a 2020 Chevy Bolt no problems! Harry Green has lost 4 Sales to me now. I'll never recommend buying any vehicle from them! For that matter any Stealership in WV. I've bought online out of state, gotten better deals and better service than I ever have here in WV

Chef Jeff Mcclain was my dealer and let me tell you he is awesome. From expertly handling my deal with an out of state co-signer to staying late to get me the truck after I got off work he was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend going here for your next Nissan or Chevrolet.
