1st time customer. Got 4 new tires put on this morning. Was told to come back after driving 50 miles to have nuts tightened. Came back at 4:30 and they told me I had to wait behind a very long line of least 3 cars deep in every bay. They could have just got it done in 5 min and sent me on my way. Waited patiently and after deciding 1hr 15min was pushing it and since they close soon I asked someone for help and they told me no one was told I needed service. What a joke. After getting helped it only took a couple min for them to tighten it. I was in and out 10 min after losing my patience. Won’t be back. Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere where they care about their customers.

Justin M was extremely courteous and very customer focused. He gave the kind of customer service one would expect out of someone dealing with the public. Couldn’t have asked for a better or more quick experience getting my four tires replaced. I was driving on a spare and they even put it back where it goes in my trunk along with the jack and accessories. A++ service all around. Will definitely return for my next set.

Not my regular club, but a good one none the less. Stopped in doing some last minute Christmas Shopping. The store was crowded, but they still maintained a good selection and stock of everything. I will say that social distancing and traffic flow patterns could be established to help things out. Made a trip to customer service, the associate was very helpful and assisted with everything I needed. Overall one of the better clubs that I have visited!

Joining Sam's club with my friend Gabe from Vegas was a good idea. I enjoy their special bargains. My favorite buys here are: percale sheets, the cool, crisp sheets from years gone by. Also bought a king size mattress set. Many Christmas gifts. Love their sushi and produce selection. I don't always buy in bulk,but always find nice things here at a great price point.

We've tried all the food pick up's in the local area and Sam's is the best. It's for seniors and the disabled so not everyone can use it. So on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7 to 9am you drive up near tire section, hand shopping list to person earing mask and gloves, take a number and go park in designate parking place. Thirty minutes later they load your groceries into your car. We spend over $200 so our list is a long one. Tip: do a screen shot of what you want from Sam's website and use that for your list.

We have a great Sam’s. Leader in low gas prices. They have great roasted chickens. I have elevated the man that cooks them to Chef status!

I enjoy shopping at Sams Club. I have one disappointment and it is that Clarksburg Sams Club does not have a bakery.

i went into the clarksburg, wv sams club today and used the self checkout line. i had an issue and hit the help button on the screen. i waited ten minutes for someone, anyone to help but, not a single employee showed up to resolve the issue. if you are going to have all those self check out lines you need a dedicated person to be there in case of issues. there isnt even a light or anything to alert someone. i wont be going back for a while.

Always great service. Can't ask for much more. I always get my tires here for the lifetime free tire rotation and the prorate on new tires if they don't last as long as they should.
