Horrible customer service i will be closing my account. After being a 5 yr customer with u guys and always making on time payments you want to charge me a month of service for a residence i was moved out of at that time. You do real well at having your Employees to stick to there paper there readung from but no matter how you surgar coat it you guys are a multi million dollar company charging the average hard working human way to much for garbage service.

The automated service is not good.However the people that you talk to are very helpful and knowledgeable.The pricing leaves much to be desired.$60 for just WiFi.

Pretty good customer service Fast internet at reasonable prices I was able to downgrade an accidental upgrade over the phone quickly and easily.

Spectrum??? More like Rectum… my cable has been down for outages far too many times. Even if for a few hours, it’s always during times when I would like for it to be on the most. For the prices people are paying, there should be ZERO outages.Leave it to Rectum cable

This is a review about the internet quality. This is not a review on the store itself nor the staff at the store. Issue: I've been in 3-4 outages this month in my area. Some have lasted days. I work at home; this is a disaster. I was going to reach out to find out what gives. I go to the website to contact you by chat during my work hours since I'm busy, and I only receive a bot that does NOT let me reach a representative no matter how much I try. It tells me to download the app to reach an agent. I already have the app so I went there instead; no agent. Just another chat bot that doesn't let me reach an agent. Calling in by phone had a massive hold time. The Dilemma: I read this on the website: "99.9% Internet Reliability Includes: network testing and preventative maintenance." That's fun and great to say "99.9% reliability and uptime"! But is it really? I'm not even sure it's at that % as a whole nation-wide month-over-month. It's very loosely used and not even believed by anyone at this point. Spectrum, you cannot just say something is true without proof. I've had about 5 days without internet in the past month. 5 days out of 31 puts me at about an 84% uptime which is not fantastic. There are other alternatives to service out there, so I will be starting to look around. A few questions Spectum, as a company, needs to ask themselves: - How do my actions impact customers that rely on stable internet? - Perfect internet is not required, and it is impossible to obtain, but how can I improve in making it more stable? - How can I be proactive instead of reactive in helping customers to be compensated for this loss of time, and building of frustration? - How can I retain customers instead of bleeding them like has been happening in the recent years? - How can I make our chat and email-to-case creation more accessible and reachable to customers to show them how much we want to hear from them? You should be reevaluating your VPs, Directors, and Managers and their goals to improve the company to decide where the breakdown is happening. Spectrum, I promise you will not last as a company unless you change your internal dealings with customers.

Paying for 1000mbps down and only getting 200mbps I feel like I’m getting ripped off I’m tired of paying for something I’m not getting I’m about to go to 5g internet and they can say it’s only during congestion but that’s also a lie I work night shift and by the time I get home it’s like 4am and it’s still the same garbage I’d rather have comcast at least there pretty close to advertised I wish they would come closer to FSU so they could run them out of here

I came in November 1, 2022 to get internet. I told the man I only wanted internet and nothing else and I needed 500 mbps download speed. He said there was a deal going on there I could get just that with free TV! I said I didn’t need TV, just internet and he assured me it was included in the deal for free. It was $69/ month with or without the TV, so I said “sure, if it’s not extra charge go ahead and add it.”Turns out it was not included for free. My internet was $44/ month and the TV was $24/ month. I have spent $25/ month for 3 months on that “free TV” I don’t even need or use. I originally could have had 500 mbps internet for $44/ month. I don’t know if he was misinformed or decided to take advantage of a young girl who didn’t know a lot about internet, but either way it was wrong.Spectrum customer service was amazing at getting this handled and fixing what the salesman at this store did.

Had service with them for years now I can't even get a bill sent out to pay my bill. I have to call and then get the run around saying they can't find my name or address so hopefully they pay this months bill .. or u get someone not knowing very good English and messing everything up and still not getting answers or ur bill paid .

Internet service since we moved to Fairmont has been pretty bad, between the outages due to repairs and the weather it’s been very difficult to want to stay with Spectrum. Add on home phone service but someone took the liberty of adding TV Essentials onto my account. I had to call multiple times to have this $20/month TV removed from my account. I moved over to Spectrum Mobile from T-Mobile because of the 1 year of free service promotion. I was hounded with phone calls by the representative that I talked to about this until I switched over. I finally paid the $10 and switched, she neglected to mention that I had to pay the first two bills, my phone service was disconnected as I didn’t know about the payment that had to be made for the first 2 months. A mobile service manager was nice enough to waive my first month payment, but this is still a transparency issue with their representatives. I’ve had many problems with Spectrum, I really am thinking of canceling all service and going back to just a home phone.
