Can still see dirty / grime spots without even getting out of the truck. These other truck reviews probably never touched a dirt road and are garaged.
Maybe for a quick clean but wouldn't come here for a good cleaning.
Updated to one star after getting home and seeing the complete picture.

**Disappointing Experience with Damage Claim**
I'm writing to share my recent experience at Tidalwave Auto Spa on Emily Drive in Clarksburg, WV. During a car wash visit, my wife's passenger side mirror was damaged and torn off during the wash cycle.
Initially, the management seemed helpful - they acknowledged they had video footage of the incident and instructed us to obtain two repair quotes, stating they would handle the damage. We promptly provided both quotes to their claims department as requested.
However, we were then informed rudely that they would not be covering the damages, despite their initial assurance and having video evidence of what occurred. This complete reversal in their position, combined with the unprofessional manner in which we were treated, has left us extremely disappointed.
We expected better customer service and accountability from a business when their equipment causes damage to customers' vehicles. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this location based on our experience.

Was an absolute waste of money. Paid $30 for the best plan they had and it did not clean my vehicle. There is still mud and dirt everywhere, and the spinning brushes made marks all down the side of my vehicle. On a black truck might I add. Very disappointed and will NEVER go back.!

I went to the car wash on Aug 2 to get my car washed and came out without a side mirror. They told me to get estimates and get back with them. They called me on August 18 to tell me they would not be replacing my mirror because it looked like there was previous damage. I have had my car for 8 years and never had anything wrong with the mirror. I dont know about prior to my purchase but if I go in with a mirror and come out without, Im sorry REPLACE THE MIRROR !!!!!
Dont go to get your car torn up and them not replace the damage.

Yes more expensive than the other place in town, but it does a much better job and the vacuum system is night and day better.
