I ship a lot of packages for my small business and while I usually have them picked up, I do still visit and utilize the post office more frequently than the average customer. The staff at this location has always been most excellent, very friendly and helpful, despite the occasional long line at the counter. The passport+photo process here was also smooth and painless. Our mail carrier is wonderful too. I strongly feel that the recent shipping delays nationwide are due to logistics and infrastructure and not the fault of the hardworking employees. I appreciate the USPS, my small business would not be feasible without their services!

How do you misdeliver my packages and it's worth $200 and they are not trying to help me get my package. I'm about to file a complaint cuz this is a Christmas package that is for presents for family and because of the post office disregarding what their customers try to tell them they seem to not want to help.

I am the LAST stop every evening for the mail carrier. My mail doesn't even run until anywhere between 5:30 & 7pm. And I don't even get my mail half the time!! So tired of this. I will have to PAY for a PO box now because apparently this post office doesn't know how to do their job the right way!

Worse post office ever. They are anti. Amazon delivery. The carriers are lazy. Hardly ever get packages. That everyone in my neighborhood.

a package of mine was misplaced, but I have been receiving check up calls from the P.O. as well as my main mailman helping to look for it. We ran into him on our way out and he asked if we had found it yet and said he had been looking for it. They have been both caring and helpful. I’m very appreciative of the service. Their customer service has improved immensely since even last year!

Postal service owned mailbox is broken. Called 1800 number to get them to fix their own garbage so I can get my package. Waited an hour, talked to the agent, and was sent back to the call tree. Screw your 1800 number

Jim , Julie , Tish , Bee and all the staff are wonderful. The air conditioning system was not working many days in the sweltering heat and they always greeted me by name and with a smile. They also apologize all the time for a wait that is usually less than 1 minute! LOVE THEM?❤️

I sent a very important package from Alabama that appeared online to have gotten lost in Mobile. Jason and Michael, within 2 days, were able to track down my package and find that it had actually been delivered to the intended recipient in WV weeks ago. Thank you for owning my case and for helping me get it resolved so quickly!
