Wow did Cool Ridge save us! We were hauling a trailer and our tire starting smoking. We found the closest shop and we are so grateful we did. The staff was amazing!! We pulled in and in the matter of minutes they diagnosed the problem, repaired it for a very great price and has us back on the road. Thank you to Cool Ridge Service Center!

Hands down the most awesome experience while traveling with tire issue. We hit the jackpot when our tire was loosing air because of punctured tire while traveling. They got us right in and back on road and super friendly, kind people willing to lend a hand. Thanks for your help and courtesy. Nice to see good people are still around!

Very bad service I broke down on 77 south state police called Glenn towing they brought me to cool ridge service center and they charged me almost 400 for what car is worse then it was when I got here and now I'm broke down right in front of their shop

I will never bring my vehicle back to this so called service shop. I brought my vehicle in for the VSC light being on. They told me it was a wheel bearing. So I go and pick it up and GUESS WHAT my VSC light was still on. So I go back inside very very upset and now all of a sudden it needs a wheel speed sensor. Why didnt they tell me that, I asked owner and he said he thought it was to expensive. 🤣🤣🤣 What gives them the right to tell me it's to expensive for me. I want my car fix that's why I brought it there. So a week later after I left my vehicle again to replace the wheel speed sensor they call me and told me that didnt fix it. At that point i told them not to touch my vehicle again & i was coming to get it. Check this out.... I asked the woman what code was stored in the system causing the light to come on. She told me the VSC code. Again I asked the same question again and her response again was the VSC code. I just started laughing because right then and there i knew i made a HUGE mistake i have made because they dont know how to diagnose a vehicle. Im still laughing, the VSC code the VSC code. 😆😆😆 Such lack of education and if you dont know go find out but you cant fix stuipd. Cool Ridge doesn't know what they hell they are doing. I definitely learned my lesson and please take my advice and dont waste your time & money. I had to learn the hard way.

Twice now I have experienced major troubles after using them. First in 2020, I took my grandmother's Santa Fe for inspection and they passed it only to find out a week later the frame was nearly falling apart it was so rusted and there was a control arm and ball joint visibly broken and about to snap.
Now in June of 25 I took my Sonata in to them to diagnose a slow leak of antifreeze. They looked over and pressurized the system then stated it was a simple radiator cap issue. New radiator cap and the car would be good to go. We replaced the cap and nothing. Still small leak, before I could get it to a place competent I overheat between Green Sulphur and Dawson on i64. It's a blown head/head gasket and the engine needs replaced. According to Smiths towing the damage was severe enough Cool Ridge definitely would have known it wasn't a simple radiator cap.
Good place to go if you need a sticker for a beater or are unable to do your own oil change, but that's it.

Was on a 1000+ miles journey for work. Had my exhaust come apart at mile 800! Called the garage at closing asked if they would be willing to help. They agreed fixed us up so we could continue our journey! Their fix held till we got to our destination and then some! When getting to an exhaust shop the mechanics said that fix would probably have gotten us back to Wisconsin! Very Thankful Wisconsinites!!!
