My family and I broke down outside of Summersville traveling back home to NC from Canada. Gil was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was able to get out to us quickly and get us loaded up on his rollback to haul us to the nearest Walmart parking lot so we could reassess and wait for a family member to come tow us the rest of the way home. Gil was enormously helpful in dislodging my travel trailer from the top of a rock I accidentally put it on in the Monongahela National Forest. He was fast, knew exactly what to do, and was fair in his price. Next time I get my trailer caught on a rock, I hope it is in the same area so I can call for Gil's help again.
