Webster Springs branch is wonderful. Friendly and willing to help . Cowen branch is horrible. Act like they are doing you a favor doing anything for you. Couple of my friends removed their money any took it to our other bank. Over $75000. Sometimes down right rude . Go to zwebster one for sure.
