While on a road trip by myself, my car needed oil. I stopped at this AutoZone and the gentleman that helped me was so helpful! He checked my oil level, found the right type of oil, and put it in for me. Highly recommend! Very nice people!

I came here to buy a battery and was told my alternator was bad (on a 2023 vehicle). Went to two other auto shops and tested out my alternator with a neighbor's tester and one I bought myself and my alternator was fine. This was of course, after I bought an alternator from this same AUTO ZONE because when you need to drive, you need to act fast right? Well, this Auto Zone was wrong about my bad alternator. I had nothing of the kind and when I wanted to return the alternator to this Auto Zone, my bank had to file a chargeback because this Auto Zone would NOT release my refund!!!! I wouldn't give this Auto Zone another cent. Also my son wants to add that they overcharge on snacks there too! (A small bag of Takies for nearly 5 bucks when it is 2.29 everywhere else).
UPDATE: This Auto zone gave me a replacement/exchange battery that was also at the end of its life because I drove a block down to O'reilly's and checked the battery there. I even checked it at another auto zone in Columbus OH to get another nearly dead reading and finally was given a full refund by the Auto Zone there. (I would not go back to the Auto Zone in Cross Lanes due to fear of them refusing the refund since they were unfriendly the last time I stopped in for an exchange. This was the older brunette lady with short hair). I finally bought a new battery that was on the shelf for only a few days in stock at O'Reilly's in Columbus OH and my 2023 car seems to be operating fine now. What was even more surprising that I begged Auto Zone in Cross Lanes to exchange my battery for a good one since I could not risk breaking down in the snow with my two young children in the back seat and they still exchanged a nearly dead battery to me.

I was traveling from Northern Indiana to Myrtle Beach when a warning light turned on.I pulled off the interstate and googled Autozone because they have always been very good at diagnosing a problem. Well. It seems that they are good all over. I can trust them in Charleston WV as well. They not only diagnosed it on a Saturday, but found me a place to have it put on. The garage isn't open on Saturday, but the employees of Autozonewere able to spot the garage owner who agreed to help us. Thanks Autozone and R&L Auto repair. You two saved the day for a very thankful family.God Bless You

They put 5 quarts of oil in my wife’s car when it was 1/2 quart low I had to drain it Gm Josh said I should have took it and got oil changed and that it’s my wife’s fault for telling them it’s low on oil and the manufacturer said that’s how much it took lol this pic of how much I had to take out
