“On 12-5-25 my son's vehicle died in Cross Lanes WV. He was able to limp to the local OReilly store. The manager Joe was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and providing the parts along with recommending local mechanics who could make the repairs. He left OReillys around 12:30pm and had his repair completed by 3pm. Thank you store manager Joe for your excellent customer service.”
