Truist bank tellers are frequently unable to lawfully written checks. My Stepson tried to deposit his paycheck. The check number of the paycheck in the top right corner was smudged. The check number, however, can also be found in the MICR text at the bottom. Truist teller, willfully ignorant of this, refused the deposit. I don't recommend them. Branch is built too close to the road at a busy intersection. Access at both Cross Lanes Dr. and Big Tyler Rd are hidden and hazardous.

I had to switch to BB&T cause they are the only one that has a branch in myrtle beach. When i come home to Cross Lanes it takes forever to deposit money. I don't know if they are short handed but either way i have to wait forever to deposit cash or check into my account which is very annoying. I though BB&T were more together then that. The people are nice but very disorganized.
