This Vet office was very rude. Our pup recovered from Parvo. And we stop treatment, and they started to falsely accuse and insinuate that my wife was doing things that she wasn’t doing. They said that she left things in the restroom but couldn’t tell what was left in the restroom. When the payments for his treatment stopped, they became very rude and upset as if it wasn’t enough. If this is how they’re going to act When an animal that we look at as family recovers i won’t suggest to anyone or bring another one of my babies there ever again especially after they falsely accused and humiliated my wife in public. Not a great place to take your Babies

This place done amazing with my dog, but after a week of his Pavo treatment me myself, and my husband and some of my other family members have seen my boy get better and be his self all over again, but when I took him to get his IV taken out, and told them I was done with the treatments. One of the workers rudely started yelling at me because I hit my vape, and she was just screaming at me, telling me that I should not be vaping in here. Long story short. I told her that she didn’t have to speak to me rudely she just could’ve looked at me and asked me to please not be vaping in here it’s not allowed, but no she had to harasses me and tried to humiliate me in front of others and then she says that she found stuff in the bathroom that I left and I was like um sorry but like what I was like I haven’t left anything in the bathroom I said, why haven’t you returned anything to me if it was left in the bathroom and then two other workers came beside of her and said you know exactly what you left in the bathroom and I was like I’m sorry, but can you clarify a little more Pacific on what I left in the bathroom and they said you know exactly what you left in the bathroom 2 of them said to me “you’re a drug attic” and I thought that was very disrespectful. I am 18 years old. If I was a drug attic I would have not spent almost $3000 on my Great Dane. I would’ve put that towards drugs instead. But I have never touched a drug SMH…But I found it very disrespectful and how they treated me, but I am very thankful in the end that my baby boy is OK.

Dascoli and her assistant was the kindest loving professional with the process of saying goodbye to my sweet loving boy. The whole staff were very helpful and nice. I wish I had known about them sooner.

This place has become a favorite for all my pets. I have two dogs and a cat, and all three have enjoyed their time there. They are very calm and attentive to all my questions and concerns. They make our pets feel safe and wanted. My cat was about to move in. I highly recommend this place!

They were kind enough to take our dog as an emergency walk in. He was having a painful flare of up a disease they were able to diagnose and start treating within a couple hours. The vets and techs are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly care.

Cross Lanes was amazing in taking care of our dogs mammary cancer. Dr. McNeel removed the tumor and a year later our 13 yr old girl is still going strong. We can’t thank them enough for the care they have provided to our family. It’s worth the hour drive for us to have them as our vet!

I took my puppy here about a year ago. She injured her ear trying to run out of the front door with her dad and got her ear clipped in the screen door. They saw her within the hour, stitched her up, sent me home with meds and a new tennis ball. Her ear still has a little defect, but she recovered well and is a happy playful pup.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital. Our 7 year old lab/boxer mix, Molly, has had 2 TPLO procedures (both hind legs) performed by Dr McNeel after rupturing her cranial cruciate ligament in her knees. During the first appointment to discuss surgery, Dr. McNeel got down on the floor with Molly to examine her. Molly is a timid pooch and doesn’t trust new people easily. Dr. McNeel won her over quickly as he manipulated her joint and explained her injury and the procedure to repair. The day of surgery he met with me again that morning and went over what to expect and the post op plan before they took her back. When I called to check on her, he took my call to let me know surgery went well and that she was in recovery doing well. Following the procedure I had a concern and called the office. He personally called me back to discuss. Follow ups were just as seamless. Fast forward a year and a half, she needed her other leg repaired. I called the office to tell them she needed the procedure on the other leg. Since she had the procedure on leg number 1, we were able to schedule the surgery without another consultation. The day of surgery, was similar to the first surgery right up to personally taking my call when I called to check on her. The entire staff were so friendly and kind throughout both of our experiences. By far the best veterinary care I’ve ever experienced. I’ve recommended this practice in the past and will continue to recommend them in the future, especially Dr. McNeel.

The staff here are simply amazing! We have trusted them with our babies and would not want to take them anywhere else. I am from Logan County and it is well worth the drive to have my babies in the best of care. Everyone is very compassionate and really loves all fur babies.

10/10 Recommend Cross Lanes Veterinary Hospital. From the first staff person you encounter when you arrive, to the last person you speak with when you leave - the staff are always more than friendly and willing to work with you and your pets when you're there. They take their time with each one of my 4 dogs, ranging in ages from 1 year to 13 years. They maintain open and honest communication if your animal is there due to a emergency or scheduled procedure. We have always received follow up phone calls about the progress and status of our dogs after something other than a routine check up.They maintain the upmost respect for the animals and their humans. I direct everyone I possibly can to Cross Lanes and have nothing bad to say about anyone that I've ever encountered there. My pack love going to the vet and being treated like the 4 Princesses they think they are. :)

I had a great experience here with my cat. She has a strange rash and nobody could fit her in anywhere. Cross Lanes let me come in on a Saturday and worked me in with only a ~20 minute wait. Dr. Chelsea was very nice and they explained everything to me throughout the visit. My parents have had all their pets go to Cross Lanes and they do a great job!!

For the most part, I absolutely love the Cross Lanes Vet Hospital. Most of the vets are amazing, but I do have one that I have issues with. Dr. Leadmon put one of our cats to sleep when her cancer had progressed too far. She didn't take her in the back to put in her I.V. injection port and give her the first injection. All other vets have done this in the past, and now I know why. That first injection can make your pet very sick all of a sudden. Our cat suddenly started vomiting, and seeing her in distress really upset my husband and me. Then, after our cat was gone and we wanted to be alone with her, Dr. Leadmon just stayed there, like she was oblivious to our pain. I think MOST people who stay with their pets during euthanasia want some alone time with them, yet she didn't seem to know that and we had to ask her to leave. After we had time with our beloved pet, we step outside and no one was around to deal with taking our cat (we were having her cremated) or tell us if we needed to pay. Note: they do not charge for euthanasia, or at least they haven't in our case, but we have been long-time patients and have a lot of pets.HOWEVER, I absolutely adore Dr. Dascoli, Dr. Chelsea, and Dr. Totten. They have all been amazing with our pets and been so kind in our times of need. Dr. McNeel is extremely knowledgeable about osteopathic issues and Dr. Armentrout is wonderful, too. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and I've even been able to hire some of the vet techs to come give the regular injections and fluids to my cat who had kidney disease. As for the one-star reviews, I'm honestly shocked. Of course, I can't know their situations, but I've always received very competent, stellar care here, with the one exception mentioned above. It is true that they have very high prices for various tasks, but it's the best care in the valley and worth it if you love your pets and want what's best for them.

We are always very happy with the care our dog receives at CLVH. His regular vet is Dr. Smith, but he's had surgery (TPLO) from Dr. McNeel twice now (both rear legs) with excellent results. The Vet Techs and staff are wonderful. You can tell they are all animal lovers! The facility is modern and easily accessible off of the interstate with plenty of parking. We absolutely would recommend CLVH to anyone looking for a vet or a veterinary orthopedic surgeon.

Took our pup there for a pre-dental cleaning. The staff and doctor were very kind. The vet thoroughly explained the procedure.A week later, we took Monty in for his procedure. Dr. Dascoli kept us informed throughout the procedure. Wonderful doctor, staff, and facility.
