This service center is top notch! They do what they say they will do. I have an RV with an Onan generator that I have had trouble with getting it to run. I was so impressed with their follow up to get me in for service. Once there, they quickly diagnosed the issue and tested multiple times to make sure it would work. I cannot say enough about the kindness and expertise I experienced. I would definitely recommend them for service! Thank you!!!!

We were outside Charleston, WV when the Check Engine icon and words came on our 2019 Tiffin Allegro RED 33 AA. We called and they said come in and we'll run diagnostic and see what's up. Needed a new intake manifold sensor. Not under warranty but an overnight and part on hand so by 9:30 am we are back on the road. Highly recommended.

We called early Friday morning hoping they could run diagnostics and pinpoint, hopefully fix whatever was making our rv very sluggish on long inclines. They had us bring it in right away and had a mechanic check it out almost immediately! Travis was great, helping us get to the problem and had us on our way by 10 am. Jenny, in the office was also very gracious in getting us taken care of. We are thankful to them for getting us back on the road so quickly to continue our trip west.

Took our motorhome there, because last time we had excellent service. This was three weeks ago and we still have yet to get it back. Was told last Friday, June, 14 they would be pulling it in to work on it, really after two weeks of sitting there. Go by on Saturday morning, just to see, it's still sitting in the same place it was when we dropped it off. Talk to them again on Monday, June 17th was told they were working on it and were on the way then to get the part. Spoke with them again on Tuesday June, 18th and are now told it needs a compressor, which is something we can do ourselves, and don't have time to wait because we are leaving for vacation this evening. Go to pick it up this morning June 19th, and it has made its way into the shop, and we were told by another gentleman, that was helpful and actually a bit irritated about the situation, that nothing has been done to the motorhome and the piece that we were told was being replaced Monday, had never gotten replaced and he didn't know if they would be able to get the part today. In the last gentleman's defense he is doing everything in is power to get the part and the motorhome fixed before we leave on vacation and offered to do it for free. While we don't have an issue with paying, the issue lies in their customer service. The motorhome has sat since May 28th, received no phone calls, all communication was on our part, was told they were in the process of being fixed, only to go pick it up and NOTHING HAS BEEN TOUCHED.

Took my truck in to see what was going on with the motor they had it week keep telling me they havent found out on friday we called amd havent even started on it. Really, dont go to get your truck fix
