The store was about to close and I needed to set up a prepaid plan. At first the lady I went to told me they were about to close. So I asked when they close, she said 8:10pm it was 7:30pm. I said well hopefully we have time to get a plan started for me. I thought to myself, you shouldn't say that to customers. She couldn't help me anyway, she had to get another person to help. The man she brought up to help was friendly and helpful and in no rush. I wasn't able to start the plan with a prepaid card with $35 on it from Dollar General. I was only going to be able to get 6g of data for $25 and I needed to pay for the sim card of $10 that would not be covered by the money on the card. So I think I'm going to go with a different company that doesn't charge for the sim card and has a better data plan.

This store smells like cigarettes. Both your employees look and act like they’ve been smoking pot all day and they can do nothing but send you to customer service on the app or on the phone. No help at all. Close your doors T-Mobile. The kiosk at Sams club is more helpful.

this place is so ridiculous i don’t know where to start , got my phone from them weeks ago , then tried doing the same with another person and the manager up there took our info got us all the way to the to point of getting a new phone , not trade in or anything , said they couldn’t take the phone because it wasn’t on when the battery in it doesn’t hold charger or anything , says they couldn’t charge it and then says they can’t receive the phone bc if they do and ut doesn’t work then the manger has to pay out of her pocket to t-mobile , i didn’t realize that you have to pay your own for as complanys policy

This store is not an actual T-Mobile corporate store! I've honestly never been treated as poorly in a sales environmentas I was today. The two guys seemed to be attempting to make my wife and I feel d*** for starting the process over the phone, claiming the sales person on the phone had "lied" to us. This only after unlocking the door and opening it without a greeting at all then taking his time to "attempt to help us" while actually talking over my wife and belittling her to a point I had to just take our things and leave. If you've read this do yourself a favor and stay away from this location the employees have zero interest in helping you!

I stopped at this location to pick up a case for my pixel 7 Pro. Despite the fact that this is a really in demand phone on the T-Mobile network now for a little over a month, they did not have any availability of cases. This tends to be a common problem, not just for T-Mobile but for other carriers as well. However, in this case it is enough to earn them three out of five stars.

I don't give 5 stars because the customer service phone representatives. They have got my billing so jacked up so many times, even tho I have never missed a payment. I pay like clock work but still get punishment with extra fees. For the crew that works at cross lanes, are completely amazing. They try to help with everything possible, and make you feel comfortable and not awkward like some places. I give those guys a five star, keep being awesome.
