Office personnel are very friendly, and handled my account payment... quickly, and professionally. Very nice.

I keep getting delinquent notice, even though I am not behind on my water or sewage. I can't get an answer on why that is. Staff won't answer phone and when I go the office to show the water is paid and sewage. The lady snaps and tells me to pay the bill.

I can’t even get water turned on due to them refusing to send the order to American water. They keep telling me it was sent but when I call American water they are telling me something different. I just want to be able to use what I’m already paying for but none will help!
