Lazy don't care attitude and wont try and actually look for your package or listen. Will leave your packages out in the rain even when I had asked nicely for them not to when we have a breezeway to put them under same distance of steps to the breezeway and front door ,just too lazy to care or have some common courtesy. You literally get nowhere it seems.Haven’t ever had this many issues in over 10 years with our service as we have in the past couple months. They cant even find my package after I told them to hold it and leave it at the office twice now in person I’ve went to pick up package. It’s always excuses ,oh its probably in the back somewhere with a hundred others after I told them twice to leave it at the office and wont listen even after I was told it was on the carrier truck that day I went in to get it and they would let the mail person know to leave at the office.6 days later and still nothing.

At around 10-10:30am March 28th 2025, a 21 year old female suffered a heart attack in the parking lot of the crosslanes post office. That female was me, my family trying their best to help, then someone comes out of the postal building. That someone was a united States postal worker by the name of Danny. He tried his best to monitor and help stabilize me untill paramedics got to me. Something that would seem so small would turn into something worth more than all the gold in the world. Because of Danny, after a heartattack, he saved me. He saved my family. I got a good bit of damage to my heart as a result of the episode. However after I was released, I made it a point to stop and thank him. He had been wondering about me all day, as I explained what happened he started to cry at the fact I made it. Without him my family would have lost their family member. I will forever be grateful for this man

Refuses to deliver packages for over two weeks and never answers the phone. You can talk to a robot for half an hour it will send you to the human department and they wont answer then you have to try again another time. (They wont answer either way.)

I realize the weather has played a major role in the disruption of service. However, we have not had mail delivery for over a week now. Yesterday I saw our mail man over at the YMCA Day Care which is about the length of 2 football fields from our house. Our street is clear so that cannot be used as an excuse!!

The USPS came up a snow-capped hill to deliver these to me. Kudos to the postal system!

They charge you $88 every 6 months for a PO Box, and now they're locking the building at 5:30pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! You can't get off work from downtown Charleston and make it back to the post office before 5:30pm on most days. Rather than addressing the vagrancy issue, they force the paying public to find other ways around using their services. Ridiculous...

I doubt these will actually get seen by someone important but I’m going to write this anyways ,, today I had a package delivered in a parcel locker to my neighborhood and the postal person is supposed to put the key in side my mail locker so on one can steal my packages well it seems to be every SATURDAY if a package is delivered it’s either put in a wrong locker or the locker is left open for anyone to come along and grab it now I really wouldn’t be upset if it was a Amazon order but today 3/30/24 my $1,300 package was put into a lock that the key was just hanging in the lock with the door wide open since 11:33am and it just now 4pm so for 4 and a half hours my $1300 package was up for grabs by all the door fens around here .. and like I said it’s always done on a Saturday when the regular postal driver isn’t working so it’s a substitute driver that is doing it and you wonder why no one likes using USPS because they the people can’t trust if their package will make it to the destination. It’s really disturbing when your job is literally to drive a vehicle stop at the places and scan each package and put it in the correct mailbox and these drivers make good money to do this they are responsible for the peoples items whether it is a house value item or a sentimental item. It really isn’t hard to do it especially when you have a scan tool that tells you where the package goes

Fed Ex, UPS both deliver to my home, the post office won't. They used to but now claim they can't. What is going on, my medical situation won't allow me to lift over 20lbs and we have donations coming in for our rescue dogs. Who do I have to talk to about this?

My pkgs. are no longer delivered to my home. They say it's because I live on a one lane road. I am less than 100 yds from my mailbox. My driveway is seeable from the mailbox and you can see at least a quarter mile up the road if there is a car coming. I pay for home delivery.I am a little fed up with this. At one time they delivered now they don't. Time to use ups or fed ex I suppose they deliver to my home with no problem they even turn around in my driveway. Make it make sense. Btw there is only 2 people besides me that live up this road not like it's a busy street. I am tired of wasting my time and gas because the postal service has all of a sudden decided they can't deliver to my home.

I shipped some very important items last week, they were supposed to arrive Tuesday. They didn’t. For about 48 hours they were stuck several hundred miles away with no movement. I went and talked to the guys at this post office, I don’t know their names and they may never see this but I’d like to them for their kindness and patience. They said more than likely it’s a missent and it’s only running a couple days late. It finally arrived today On Thursday. They were right. I’m just so happy the package got where it needed to go!!!!
