My pkgs. are no longer delivered to my home. They say it's because I live on a one lane road. I am less than 100 yds from my mailbox. My driveway is seeable from the mailbox and you can see at least a quarter mile up the road if there is a car coming. I pay for home delivery.I am a little fed up with this. At one time they delivered now they don't. Time to use ups or fed ex I suppose they deliver to my home with no problem they even turn around in my driveway. Make it make sense. Btw there is only 2 people besides me that live up this road not like it's a busy street. I am tired of wasting my time and gas because the postal service has all of a sudden decided they can't deliver to my home.

I pay to have packages delivered to my house yet 9 out of 10 packages never get delivered unless they fit in mail box, then says they will attempt again yet days later I have to figure out how to get to post office before they close. I never know what to do!!!!!

I shipped some very important items last week, they were supposed to arrive Tuesday. They didn’t. For about 48 hours they were stuck several hundred miles away with no movement. I went and talked to the guys at this post office, I don’t know their names and they may never see this but I’d like to them for their kindness and patience. They said more than likely it’s a missent and it’s only running a couple days late. It finally arrived today On Thursday. They were right. I’m just so happy the package got where it needed to go!!!!

I have the carrier ON CAMERA placing the “missed delivery” notice on my door and walking away without bothering to knock or ring the doorbell. Customer service line takes forever to get to a representative who directed me to pick it up down the street before they closed. I went to pick it up. And SURPRISE! I was told the carrier did not make it back to the office yet, but they would “have a talk with him.” Nonetheless, I have to come in on Monday to pick up a package that was never even attempted to be placed on my porch to be signed.This is absolutely ridiculous. If the carriers are getting paid that much to be lazy, send me an application, too!

I just tried to call there to verify if there is a home or business at a certain location because I keep getting returned from the person's address listed everywhere for him and it rings and rings probably 10 or more times until the message says "this number is not answering". This is not customer friendly!

Terrible delivery drivers lazy won't bring your package to your door leave note saying come get it say that your package has delivered but never get it one star and generous with that

Honestly I want to give a better review. The people there are nice and helpful but, a lot of their drivers don't seem like they know what they're doing, misunderstanding addresses then signing it as "return to sender" I'm not from the post office but, I'm pretty sure that you don't immediately put it as return to sender, you're supposed to put it under the postmaster and have it written as redeliver on another date, they continuously don't do that and because of this multiple of my packages have gotten sent back. I appreciate the drivers that know what they're doing and again I would give this a better review but, I've gotten 11 packages as return to sender I've changed the address on Google maps and still repeatedly have this problem. I just don't understand the incompetency of the new Post men and women.

Constant fraud with amazon deliveries. They will drop one package off that day then the other package they say “delivery attempted no access.” It has been that way for 3 years.

They won't deliver my mail. They won't give notice that they are holding my mail. They won't answer the phone. They won't let me send someone to pick up my mail because I work all week except sunday.How the heck am I supposed to get mail?!

They do not list their local phone number, and have placed a mailbox key change and its been over 2 months and still haven't received my new key.. Also had to order the key to be changed multiple times because they have lost the key change order multiple times
