If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never had a good encounter with them. As a patient AND a provider they are not my choice to recommend. They are the rudest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If you need a prescription filled please use Cross Lanes Family Pharmacy.

Always seems like an inconvenience when having a medication filled. Wait times are significantly longer than other pharmacies. They are extremely rude. Will never use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is to busy to give customer service or pick up your prescriptions in a timely manner. After four weeks of waiting for a medication refill, as of today Walgreens still isn't able to give me any information as to when it would be available. I finally called my physician and had them call the medication into another pharmacy. NO ONE CAN GO 4 WEEKS WITHOUT A MEDICATION A DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR YOUR HEALTH. After 13 days this same Walgreens could not fill a simple prescription of Potassium ordered by my Nephrologist. If they are that busy that people can't get medications within a 24 hour period then Corporate needs to look into what the problem is within this location. Are all Walgreens this hectic and crazy? I told the woman assisting me, that this isn't acceptable and I will be finding another pharmacy. I hate it because this is the closest pharmacy to where I have moved. I think I will contact corporate because maybe, it will help someone else to not have to go through what I have and worry about their health because this pharmacy is obviously understaffed or not knowledgeable enough to make sure their clients have the medications required to remain healthy.

Slower than molasses!!! No reason to sit in a drive-thru with only 4 cars for over an hour!!! They need more employees. One cashier working a counter and a window during busy hours is unacceptable.

I called ahead and asked about a passport photo was told anyone there could take one. I showed up and the individual who was at photo isle said the lady who takes them is out to lunch I had literally just called 5 min prior and they could of just said we will be taking lunch soon I waited 35 mins and no one arrived I left.

pharmacy needs to become better at keeping medication in stock so people don't have to wait 2 weeks for medication refills !!

Horrible pharmacy. Probably the worst I have ever had to deal with as a customer and medical professional. On hold forever, get hung up on several times a day when I call. Pharmacy is slow and rude. Save yourself the trouble if you live in the Crosslanes area and go to Kroger Pharmacy.

I get tired of calling and staying I hold for 10-15 minutes and then getting hung up on. I also do t like the fact that I ask them to get my prescription ready and they state they will, 2 hours, go back in two hours just to tell me that it’s still not filled. I would call but I already know how that will work out as well ?

Walgreen's phone service is a miserable thing to navigate, service tends to be quite slow as only one of the three or four staffers in the pharmacy must handle both counter and drive-thru. Employee turnover is quite high. If you do use the drive-thru, leave a gap between you and the vehicle ahead so that you can escape. I quit them for the pharmacy next door, they are worlds apart.

I’m not someone who typically writes reviews, but I’m making an exception. A person's medications are important. Maybe me sharing my negative experiences will help prevent others from having similar experiences.I've been using this pharmacy since moving to the area last year. Not once have I been able to just order and pick-up a refill. Every time there has been some sort of issue or mistake. Insurance not being billed correctly, if at all. Items not being provided. Disputes over when certain refills are due. Delays without explanation. When the mistakes have been pointed out or issues have been questioned, the staff have become defensive and pointed in their responses.I know we're all human, and I'm by no means perfect in my job or any other aspect of life. For that reason, I believe in giving others the benefit of the doubt and have stuck with them. I told myself I'd give it one more try. I ordered my refills last night and sure enough, today, there's some inexplicable error preventing me from picking up my medicine. The app said to call the pharmacy as two Rx's were delayed. I did so. The person I spoke with was rude and didn't answer my questions outside of "We're working on it". Meanwhile, I don't have the medication that I need. Enough is enough. I'll be switching pharmacies today.
