Rude on the phone, the pharmacist assumes he knows the answer to your question before you ask it, (very condescending)

I waited for three hours and 15 minutes for my groceries to be brought out. This was only after I had checked on three different occasions to see how much longer it was going to be. I was told each time that it wouldn’t be much longer. The store manager even came out when I asked to speak to someone after the store closed and she told me that I wasn’t understanding that we were in the middle of a pandemic and that she couldn’t help it that they had over 7000 picks that morning when they opened. I understand that she probably had to deal with a lot of idiots throughout the day, but her attitude as soon as she came out to talk to me said that she wasn’t going to listen to anything I had to say. This was the first time I used this app, and this will be my last. Shame on you Cross Lanes, WV Walmart management!

Not enough cashiers. Backed up lines then when finally through have to wait to have the person check purchases. Poor customer service all around.

Short wait. All the pharmacists are helpful with interactions and maximizing your benefits (which can be difficult with today's health care). They are also friendly in a place that cannot be easy to work.

Never too long a wait, shop while you wait.
