I enjoy shopping in this store. The shelves are well stocked and the employees are very helpful. Jeff, in the produce department is especially helpful. He will go to the back room to find bigger/better produce for the customers and adds a smile as well.

George at the Auto Center delivered outstanding customer service, a rarity in today's world. I visited as a walk-in on June 21, just before the end of their shift. My family and I were traveling from another state with a young child when we experienced a tire blowout on the highway. George went above and beyond to help our family receive the necessary services promptly so we could return to the road. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to you, George, for ensuring my family's safe journey home!

I'm a Spark driver and honestly everyone I speak to has been very nice. The people who bring me the orders are always super amazing! They are really easy to talk to and get along with. Otherwise I usually go through the self checkout areas and the employees that I speak to there are also very awesome to talk to. I really don't have any qualms. The store is stocked pretty well however, the bathrooms always seem to lack paper towels. The only thing I have to say is; WATCH THE CROSSWALKS!!! Please pay attention people. I hear that at least 1 person gets hit by a vehicle a week. Those guys are trying to do their jobs please be kind and show them respect.

This Walmart is SOOO much better than the one in South Charleston. The employees are nicer and you can actually get someone to help you when you need. The store is cleaner and less cluttered. I go out of my way to come here instead.

I bought 2 tires paid for the tires. The guy ask if I was having them installed I said if its free mounting i will. so he wrote me a work ticket as they back my truck out the one skinny birdied young guy said did you pay I said yes he arrogantly said no you didn't pay for mounting I said I bought the tires here and told the guy I would get them mounted if they mount them for free. Just really bad service all around

I am new to the area have tried using the pick up option. The employees who bring the groceries out couldn't be nicer. However, the last 3 times we have ordered, we have been missing items. The second time this happened, I tried calling multiple times and couldn't get anyone to answer until the final time. The guy working pickup told me he would refund me for the 2 items I was missing. That never happened. I had to go online to request the refund.
Has anyone else had this issue?

The workers seem utterly miserable. You can rarely get a Walmart employees help, and when you finally do, 99% of the time it's someone who has no idea what your even asking for. I hate it when we have to go to Walmart, and we shop elsewhere when we can. I almost always leave irritated.
