Brad was super helpful when I had a Walmart delivery issue. He was kind, patient and fixed said issue no problem and explained said issue that occured.

Used to rate this as a typical Walmart. After the last visit I'll never go back to it. Seems that here, as with most of the Walmarts they don't just put the special ed people on the registers (making sure to slow things down and try to make people self checkout, 50 registers and 2-3 open if you're lucky. I'll self checkout when they give a discount for it, minimum 10%) nevermind. Only a shame you can't give a negative star review because I walked out and left $200+ cart after wasting 3 hours there and had to again shop for the same items at a different store later. So let's call it 5 hours because of drive time to locations and all that. They are lucky I didn't want to waste yet more of my time to talk to a higher manager because I would have started writing them an invoice at that point, My time is worth more than $120/hr charged via the company I work through. I may go to other Walmarts but this one, never again cause bail money is expensive.

I've done pickup orders multiple times, but this time something happened and I didn't receive my baby's formula. I know they have to scan things, but I would hate to assume someone in there intentionally didn't give me the formula I paid almost $80 for. And for a refund, they want me to bring in the cans of formula that I was never given. If you're ordering pickup, make sure you go through all of your bags to make sure these people actually gave you what you paid for.

Came in with a migraine tried to grab some stuff to drink and some ice cream to make me feel better. The guys at self checkout wanted to talk non stop and took so long to accept my coupons I almost passed out from standing for 20 minutes while my headpouneed. Walked away and left my coupons and all my stuff there because I didn't want to be around those fools. Had to sit down in the main entrance and regain my composure. No one even tried to check on me all in all should have went somewhere else and I definitely will from now on.

i went in to buy a water flosser and had to wait almost 20 minutes for a key holder to come by, when one passed they said “oh! almost forget about ya!” then i purchased it and went home , upon opening the box, the flosser was not only broken but USED and sticky. i drove back and asked to exchange it and the lady said she can’t do exchanges but she can refund it and i’ll get a new one, she told me the money will go back on my card immediately and i can just buy another , i went and bought another , waited another 15-20 minutes for the key holder, and went home. opening the new box, it ALSO appears used. this one’s not broken so i might as well keep it, but even 4 hours later, the money still isn’t on my card. i’m assuming it will take 3-5 business days, and that’s ok. i just wish she wouldn’t have said it’ll return immediately, bc then i would have asked for store credit/gift card :(

I've had my share of frustrations with WalMart over the years, but I think I've found a solution! What they need is a really nice break room. Why? What really irritates you about Walmart? The prices are fair. The store stays stocked. Where does it go bad? Customer service. Need help? Good luck. Find someone to help you. Try. If you can find one, they will tell you they are on break. If they aren't, they will say it's not their department, and will direct you to the proper associate.....who is on break. Even if you don't want to self-check, your options are limited because there is never more than two aisles open and BACKED UP FOR A MILE. So go to self-check? Guess what. Backed up a mile. It is an ordeal making your purchases EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO THERE AND YOU KNOW THAT GOING IN. So why the break room? Like I said, you know it's gonna suck and you are on your own when you walk in, but what adds to my frustration is the seemingly endless amount of blue vested employees doing absolutely nothing while you struggle to give them your money. Every time I check out, I wait in line and look to see how many associates I can see playing with their phones in the immediate area as one employee does actual work. My average is five. That's not to mention the good dozen or so employees you see just sitting around out front when you walk in. You can go in, shop for an hour, come out, they are still there. This is every Walmart you will see. Two registers open, Fifteen employees doing nothing, two ringing customers, dozens in line. It would help me tremendously if all the people doing nothing could at least go do it out of sight. Don't tease us! If you insist on doing business this way, at least don't rub our noses in it. Put them in the back somewhere. Out of sight, out of mind. Admittedly, this isn't great for the consumer, but now I'm thinking of going to work there. If this review is evidence of anything, I can waste time on a phone ALL DAY BABY! So wish me luck. If I get it, come by and say hello. But keep it brief. I'm on break.

Like always check the website hit the in-store items to make sure they have what I want so I drive out of my way to a specific Walmart and of course like always they don’t have it in stock which they say they do on the website and then you ask employee where these at says you have them in stock they say I don’t know the website is never right they should be handing out gas cards for the wasted trips because of the website

Friendly, hard working, intelligent employees. Great prices and wide selection of items. Great access for handicap and plenty of parking.
