They work quick. Very NICE people. Excellent customer service. They treat you like a person and don’t make you feel embarrassed about a bad situation. If I have any other issues, they’ll be the first company to call. If you need anything cleaned under your crawl space, they’re the company I’d 10/10 recommend to call every.single.time.

If you live in the surrounding area of this company I would highly recommend calling them over serv-pro. We called them first and they barely lifted a finger and wouldn’t do so until I insurance money was in hand. Representative Chris Jones helped us out. Went over all the options to effectively manage the damage in the most cost efficient way. His team did an amazing job on water removal and disinfecting the basement space and eliminating all the odor that comes with sitting stagnant rain water.

I contacted First Response after I had some significant water damage due to a faulty water valve. The team at First Response went to work immediately assessing the damage and did an excellent job with navigating the almost relentless hoops my home insurance created to ensure my home was properly restored. Once on site the repair crew did an excellent job. The team provided me with a detailed action plan and ensured I was comfortable everything prior to starting. The team was clean, efficient, and courteous. Once the job was completed they offered to come back out to fix any issues I may have notice afterwards. I highly recommend First Response.

We experienced flood water damage from a recent intense rainfall, as did many in the northern part of our state. Getting immediate response for water restoration was almost impossible. Our Nationwide agent got us in touch with First Response Restoration, and they responded to our needs within 24 hours, even though they traveled 200 miles to the flood area. The damage was addressed and the restoration process started immediately, allowing us and neighbors to feel better about our homes, and getting back to relatively normal life. Communication was excellent. Updates were immediate. The management team, schedulers and service technicians were very professional and helpful. We would highly recommend First Response Restoration should the need arise in the future.

I am extremely pleased with First Response! The communication, the response time, the service and professionalism of the team that came out to take care of my flooded basement, not once but twice in 3 weeks, is highly commendable. Christopher was very sympathetic to my situation and knew just what to do. Ashton, Don and Lucas worked above and beyond to get the floors cleaned up and the carpet removed! This is a company that is truly there to help you when you need it!! I would highly recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed.

First Response is awesome! Had a broken pipe under my house in the crawl space. After the plumber fixed the pipe, First Response came in and removed the water, dried out the space, and replaced the vapor barrier. Super friendly people and hard working folks! Very easy to deal with and kept me in the loop for every bit of the work. I totally recommend them for any restoration need you could have!
