I’m here from Charlotte for a wedding weekend and didn’t know what to expect. I gotta say it’s incredible how many things there are to do here. We had a short stay for two nights but our 3 year old daughter loved the offseason indoor pool and hot tub. I was even able to sneak in 18 holes. I wish we had a week to take advantage of the bowling alleys, movies, etc., but I’m really posting this to talk about the service. The staff is personable and fun to be around- and I’d like to highlight Margie for going above and beyond to make our trip memorable! Seriously Margie thank you! We will be back, and very soon! ?So glad we discovered this place!!!

We spent 3 nights at Glade Springs and had a wonderful time. The hotel staff and service, to include the morning breakfasts were all great. Great location as well as we spent 2 days skiing at Winterplace. The only reason I gave our Room 4 stars was because one of the queen beds squeaked pretty bad and kept waking the rest of us up. The next two nights we were so tired from skiing that it really didn't matter. I would certainly stay at Glade Springs again. Highly recommend!

The room we stayed in was somewhat updated but still needed things improved. We were also put in a building that was being worked on so during the day it was loud. The resort is a great quiet place to enjoy some time away and I would recommend it if you're looking for a weekend

My wife and I stayed here several years ago and were extremely happy. However…this time not so much.1st room we had to change due to bed not being cleaned and trash in the trash cans. 2nd room had MULTIPLE lights out including the main one I the bathroom. The TV had to warm up for 15 mins before we were able to watch it.This was an EXTREMELY important weekend to us and it was a major disappointment. We could have stayed at Country Inns and Suites for way cheaper (almost $200 a night here compared to $100 a night there) and would have had a cleaner room. Serious disappointment on a very important weekend. The only bright spot was Bunkers bar and restaurant. AWESOME food there! I’m

We stayed at the Inn over New Years. The furniture is severely aged. The pull out bed we slept on belongs to the side of a road. I pinched my nerve - thank you for that! If you don’t have the funds to elevate the rooms to the 21st century, try to put decent mattresses into the rooms.Bathroom was dirty, bedding had hair all over.Service was friendly, location close to Winterplace.

First time here and will say we were a little disappointed. We stayed in the executive suite and the main issue was dirtiness. Almost every bad review below they say they are renovating, but what does that have to do with keeping a room (that’s not being touched) clean? The room size is nice but everything was outdated. The breakfast food was nice. Staff was great. Landscape around the buildings were nice. Bowling alley was so out dated you couldn’t even play a fair game. Every ball we picked up had pieces missing from it and the ball couldn’t even roll straight. Waste of money 100% we honestly feel robbed. Pictures speak for themselves. Very unlikely we’ll be back again & that sucks because we drove 4 hrs 45 minutes to get there, as it was my husband’s Christmas present to me & we wanted to love it. Hopefully they will put people in already renovated rooms or at the Inn.

We have stayed at their chestnut lodge cottages. I will say I have stayed in them in 2020 and they were clean and nice and a great experience. This time however is a much different story. The place was absolutely filthy and unkept. There is a mouse living in unit 626, very likely more we reported. Black mold in the bedroom 3 bathroom with an insect covered vent. The carpets so dirty your feet would turn black if you walked on them barefoot. The kitchen cold water knob broken off. Wallpaper peeling off the walls all over the unit. A clear water problem behind the wall in bedroom 1. I tried calling the resort to get help but was told no manager on the property during the day until Thursday. Very disappointed in their upkeep and paying over 1000 dollars for 2 nights is absolutely ridiculous for that kind of unhealthy environment. We were told they planned to renovate them in the future but the state they are in now they are a total hazard and should not be rented in any form.

Eat elsewhere. Rooms are good. Quiet. Better accommodations than other hotels in the area. Executive suites have large bathrooms.Safety: Gated community.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet is good. Other restaurants are not worth the time.

The grounds and setting at The Glade are beautiful. However, the Executive Suites are outdated and in need of repair

Our room in the manor house was sub standard. Dirty and in need of repairs. Major problem is that it has rooms available for pet, but only one restaurant will allow pets outside (in good weather only).

Best place to get away from it all, games, pool, wonderful staff, clean environment kid friendly.Stayed here meny times, one time my daughter for got her toy in a room/ suite we were staying in for holidays to visit my parents and I called and the staff who cleaned the room took it to front desk and we was able to get the toy back for my daughter wish I would of noticed it missing 5 hours on the road sooner but she was thrilled to get her toy back as she could not sleep without it. Me personally I would highly recommend any family stay here.Rooms: Clean, lots of activities for adults and children, gym, breakfast and snack avb. Security at front gates and super friendly.Nearby activities: As this is seasonal of course mini golf ,bowling ,pool, gymSafety: Security available super friendly and will help you find your way around glade and also helps recommend great places to eat with familyWalkability: Very safe to walk around at night jog also for petsFood & drinks: Breakfast and snacks available
