Canaan Realty is a premier rental company located in the picturesque Canaan Valley of West Virginia, operating since 1970. It offers a variety of vacation rentals, from slope-side and lakeside properties to secluded cabins, suitable for family get-aways, ski vacations, or wedding parties. The staff is friendly, amazing, pleasant, professional, and the nicest people ever, going out of their way to be helpful and responsive. They are easy to work with and make the process stress-free. Guests report that the properties are clean, very close to as advertised, and affordable, situated in the heart of beautiful nature. The company is also highly responsive when attention is needed. In one instance, they helpfully returned lost items free of charge. Reviews consistently highlight great experiences, with guests stating they couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the company for selling, purchasing, and renting needs. Many guests plan to return, confirming you can't go wrong and won’t be disappointed.
Their rentals are reasonably priced and clean. The locations are good too. Housekeeping is fantastic, the maintenance isn't. Out rental had a few issues that should be resolved prior to rental arrival. I addressed those issues with the office, and all was well.

We stayed in a Airbnb by Cannan realty. Stay was good and they were responsive. No additional charges to use this place with some boating. Some sand that kids had fun.

Stayed at the by the brook cabin here. Couldn’t be happier the cabin was clean and the staff was amazing. If you’re looking for a great cabin at an affordable price in the heart of some beautiful nature I highly recommend. Will be planning a vacation here again for sure.
