“Ive never had any serious difficulty.There is a slight lack of efficient communication with the carrier at the Goodman Manor.The tickets for packages aren't correctly filled out and the process for picking up packages is assumed. The packages are kept in a little room and not relocated for pickup at the Post Office and when i moved to the building i didnt understand how he operated; coming at irregular schedules and leaving without alerting the tenants with packages.There was a window to get packages and you had to be there or your packages would sit there until he came again.Suggestion, if there was a APP with a UBER like GPS location of the driver/carrier, there would be a way to time the pickups more effectively. That is anticipate the drop off and not miss the window.Or if the packages isnt picked up within 3 days, If it can be relocated to the Post Office, this may afford the schedule-bias to be circumvented and the recipient of the package to pick up the package at the post office.as it took a few days to time the pick-up of the packages.”
