Don't go here and buy anything I bought a RZR from here and already had to put 1200 in it gave 7500 for a 1000 and already got problems with it iv called a lot of time to see if they could make it fair but no good so good luck buying anything used or what ever they said this buggy was services and good to go which was a lie Iv not had it two months not even two payments
Replaced both primary's and now a front differential we live and learn I guess

Stay away from Gravely Tractors & Polaris ATV. Their service department is the worst. Have been on their list for repair for over a month. Called them today to check status of my repair and they said they don't know when they can repair my SXS. Not a good way to get repeat business.

Terrible customer service in the parts department. They old guy who answered the phone was as rude as possible. While in the middle of talking to me he was arguing and using profanity with someone in the background. We all use profanity but thats just beyond u professional. He had 0 professionalism about him.

Rude employees. Cant fix anything. Had a ace in for several different reasons and still not fixxed . Was told to bring it back in he cant "fix it " over the phone. Well he cant "fix it " in the shop either

Recently purchased a Rzr from Matt, and I can honestly say this has been the smoothest vehicle (very expensive toy) purchase experience in my life. No BS, tricks, or schemes that literally every other Polaris (car dealers apply too) dealer I've worked with in the past, try to pull.I don't believe the words "honest" and "dealer" have ever been used in the same sentence before. But Gravely Polaris is the single exception.To boot, Matt's knowledge on Polaris vehicles is mind blowing. In other words, "Matt is the service manual".Trina was also of great assistance finalizing a complicated out of state deal, the communication was outstanding as well.I live 3.5hrs away and will never buy another Polaris machine from anyone other than the team at Gravely.
