Bakery:
5 days ago I went on to the Kroger Website, selected the correct store, and ordered a custom cake to be done today. Got the confirmation email, so I figured I was good to go. I arrived at the bakery a little after 2 pm today and the Bakery guy, Nate, told me they didn't have it because they aren't taking custom orders as they don't have a cake decorator. I didn't receive a call or email telling me that they weren't taking custom orders. Although I was pretty upset that I didn't have the cake done that I wanted, Nate did his very best to make sure I left with a cake that was the same flavor at least and discounted it for me. I just had to decorate it myself quickly and I learned Im not a cake decorator! All said and done I don't blame Nate, he was very friendly and quick to try to help find me a solution. However the store or the Bakery Manager should be replying to emails to say they aren't taking custom orders or at least shutting the option off for their store. Nate saved the day as I didn't have any other choice but to work with what they had, but I'm still very disappointed with the lack of communication

Fresh produce, meats, etc. A great variety of products.

The store is clean, and customer support is great. Produce is fresh. Prices on name brand items are a little higher than competition, but the Kroger brand items are well priced options that are really great. I prefer many of the Kroger brand items over name brand items because I like them better.

I went to their deli on Monday 5/28/24, around 7:40 pm, and asked the girl behind the counter if they had any smoked Gouda cheese. She said “No”. A few moments later I found some on display marketed as “Private Selection- Smoked Gouda - Sliced Cheese”. It later didn’t taste smoked at all, not even a tiny bit. This false marketing, lack of customer care and professionalism is unacceptable.

Definitely one of the more organized Kroger stores around. They have quite the frozen section where you're bound to find what you need. Add in the floral department and bakery, and you can find all that you need right in one place.

They had a shortage on bread last Friday and again today. They had the more expensive brands but not any of the cheaper ones. Also out of some sale item stuff that went on sale Wednesday.

Employees need to have more support from management. Two people working in the pharmacy. One person on self checkout with the machines acting up. Not a manager to be found.

I give the Pharmacy 5 stars however the remainder of the store needs some improvement. Cluttered shelves and low stock make for a less than ideal shopping experience.
