I have been to multiple homecare businesses in the Kanawha Valley over my CPAP needs.. Not one sat down and worked with me.. I got to meet the respiratory therapist yesterday at Loop.. She helped me with finding a mask and headgear.. I wasnt rushed and pushed with something that wouldn't fit.. I highly recommend this company for your CPAP needs..

Called to get replacement headgear and was told it was regulated and need a prescription even though it can be found easily on Amazon. Was just going to try and get it same day as we have moved and not set up sleep doctor yet. The lady I spoke to has no idea what she’s talking about.

We called here about a specific type of mobility aid. They had one they we could try but did not have some of the features of another manufacturer they did not have (new product).He actually recommend several other merchants in the area to check with. Thought this was very kind and helpful service.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude, they are way over priced and they do some shady business when it comes to medicare and pvt insurance billing.

When you call for respiratory supplies they act irritated and as if you are a bother to them. They loose orders frequently, are very unorganized, unhelpful, and a bit rude. You can tell they do not like to provide customer service. I am switching providers my next doctors appointment. I am tired of paying for poor service. I miss the previous owners.

Shame that they close the pharmacy and can't help me with compression socks anymore since medicare doesn't pay
