“The staff was very friendly the service was quick. I arrived at 8:30 and was all done by 2p. The drivers lounge was clean equipped with a television microwave and plenty of seating it was cold so bring of jacket. They also provide a shower for male and female lots of space and very clean. Please bring your own towels.. I will most definitely recommend them. As far as pricing, I was under warranty, charged a little bit, but not a lot.

We as a family have been very impressed with this business and the 2-year rent of their unit. The facility was always very clean, perfectly climate-controlled, organized, and secure. “The staff was helpful, friendly, and personable. They were willing to work with us if our reservation needed to be extended due to inclement weather. The location is forgiving if you're not confident maneuvering the bigger U-Haul trucks. My only gripes are that the elevator doors close too fast, making it a bit inconvenient to move in bulk. Also, having to punch in your code every time you use the elevator gets tedious. Opting for a card swipe would make the elevator process more efficient, but you'd lose the advantage of multiple people independently accessing the elevator without having to juggle one card among everyone.
Overall, the prices aren’t too steep, especially if you bundle by getting your first month free. If you’re only looking for temporary storage options, this could be a great fit. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, pest-free, and the convenience of having both your drop-off location and unit at the same place is worth it. Some U-Haul storage facilities don’t provide truck rental services, so that's a plus.
I can honestly recommend this location. The services provided, including move-in help (bite the bullet if you’re on the fence – it’s worth the hefty price, trust me), and amenities for your move, like dollies, make it a winner. It’s been the most bearable move I’ve had thus far, and that’s saying a lot. This is coming from someone who's used independent storage services in the past, dealing with awkward locations, poor infrastructure, archaic and restrictive payment options, no climate control, and hefty security deposits. The convenience hands down outweighs the cost, in my humble opinion.”

“BIG SIGN as you walk in saying $79.95 for a 10X5...we had to pay $84.95. Yes, the rate just went up...BUT, pull the sign then. Should have given us the advertised price. Oh well, just my 2 cents.
