So apparently my past 5 packages have said that they attempted delivery that's funny because I have even waited to see if they actually tried and nothing no one even came close to my house something about they didn't feel safe about a dog there's never been problems before I walk to work everyday and have yet to have a problem

I’ll be honest—most post offices are places I absolutely dread going to. The staff is usually unfriendly, the service is painfully slow, and it always feels like a hassle. But ever since I moved to the Dunbar area, that couldn’t be further from the truth!
The staff at this location is SO freaking friendly and always incredibly helpful with anything mail-related. Whether I need assistance with a package, a question about shipping, or just a quick drop-off, they make the process smooth and stress-free. I’ve never had a single lost package with this location, and every package I’ve sent or received has arrived on time.
Beyond that, the location itself is great—easy in and out, ample parking, and a well-organized setup that keeps things moving efficiently. The level of service here is truly top-notch, and I actually don’t mind stopping by when I need to!
Huge shoutout to the team at the Dunbar Post Office for making what’s usually a dreaded errand something easy and even pleasant. Highly recommend this location!

God forbid there's a little bit of snow on the road. I'll probably won't see any of my packages until summer. If UPS can I don't understand why USPS can't. (Update) There was no snow on the roads Monday and most of the snow on the grass has melted as well and the post office still hasn't delivered the mail.

Kudos to The Dunbar Post Office! The staff are always friendly, efficient, and never mind going above and beyond their duties. There have even been a few times that I was able to see where the cleaning lady just finished mopping the lobby and it smelled like that of a lemon scent. The whole place inside and out is always tidy. They even had the parking lot holes patched up. They do a phenomenal job in a world that seems to care less and less about customer service and satisfaction.

I have had 4 plus bills not showing up on time and getting charged late fees!! Idk what's going on or where it's at???somebody needs to look into this? I think I'm changing to paying online, it's happening to often in a month!

refuses to deliver our mail to us. said at first that the box was being blocked ( it wasn’t but i still decided to park even further away from it ) now they’re saying the mail carrierdoesn’t feel safe to deliver the mail… THEY ARE THE LAZIEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!! i’d give 0 stars if possible. worst mail service i’ve ever had. * edit * my roommate ordered a package, he went to pick it up & they had given it to someone else. literally gave his package to a stranger! at this point i don’t even want to get mail from USPS, they do not care about your things or their jobs! need to fire & rehire the whole dunbar location

I placed my rent in the mailbox for the mailman to take on the 29th of September. My landlord contacts me this past week wanting to know where the rent money order is for October? I check tracking and it says it hasn't been cashed so apparently its vanished or my rent is floating around in someones mail truck. Unbelievable!
