“Rented a car for 7/31-8/7. Brought it back a couple days early. Whoever had the vehicle before us were slobs and had stuff on the seats and stained parts of the carpet(I cleaned what I could) and the guy at the counter took care of my time for doing that and for the dirtiness of the vehicle and reimbursed me a couple of hours. What a pity someone can be so nasty and it was a new 2026 vehicle! Both guys working were excellent!! Best Enterprise I’ve had to deal with yet!!!”
